... consider this my hypothetical question about how the game would be changed if a card with an effect such as this were to ever be printed.

Chaos Sorcerer and BLS can banish TWO monsters or Chaos Sorcerer banishes two then BLS Swings for some nice damage.

Even then, I'm not sure what Decks would be willing to find space just to use a cards effect twice, it could be dead-drawy.
