Now, as for the cards themselves—
Mimicutie is interesting. At first glance, it looks overpowered, what with having 2500 ATK and being immune to destruction/banishment by card effects...Then there's the fact that, once it is destroyed by battle, your opponent draws two cards...Then you have to think about what your opponent can actually pull out to take this down—BLS, Galaxy-Eyes, Gaia Dragoon, and Dr. Red, M.D. are the only ones that come to mind that can be readily summoned in today's metagame. I feel that maybe you should lower the ATK on it to about 2200-2350.

Trap Flounder's effect confuses me. I don't think that setting it as a Counter Trap changes its effect-activation timing, as the card itself is a monster, making at a Spell Speed 2 at most. Perhaps you could state in the effect that you can activate it as a Counter Trap? As for the discard effect, I think it works. Add in the fact that every single copy of this card goes "Bye-bye" after the first one is activated, and you turn it from very-op'ed to very powerful. I think you should limit the DEF, as the highest defense out of any Lv4 monster belongs to Big Shield Gardna, and he only has 2600. Then, he's shifted into ATK position when he's attacked, setting himself up to get wrecked. So, I'd say to put him at 2500 at max.

I see nothing to fix with Rabbit and Recharge, they seem balanced enough....Alone. But together...Deadly combo. Could end up with you drawing six cards in one turn. Maybe more if you have more of each, maxing out at 18 cards in one turn, plus Draw Phase, plus maybe Reckless Greed and Duality...In theory, if you "play your cards right" (pun intended), you could possibly draw 25+ cards in one turn. Sure, that wrecks your deck, but you now have access to basically ALL of your cards at once.

As a whole...I'm liking the whole cue taken from Toy Magician and Silvery Snow Sniper. The whole "S/T Monster" idea is interesting. All-in-all, I could see this as either a very gimmicky or very dangerous deck type, with proper support.

Thanks for your imput.

@Armz: That's one of the features that makes it epic.
