Tribute 1 monster on your side of the field. Negate the Normal Summon / Flip Summon / Special Summon of a monster and destroy it.

I just had a cool idea with this...What likes tributes, Stunning other decks, and has a boss monster used by a tier 1 deck?
...It sounds amazing.

Discuss.

Anyways, I'd rather use deck space on something NOT reliant on a tribute, especially when Black Horn of Heaven stops everything, except TGU and Inzektors, that this stops.

EDIT: OH GOD YOU MEANT EVOLS? LOL NOW ANOTHER TO TROLOL WITH THIS

+0 is still nice when you negate a game changing move and get a Diplo/cerato on the field ;_;
Dude. Evols aren't all about Tributes at all.

*Facepalm*

This is what I was afraid of when Hieratics got popular: People think that just because a card herpderptributes, it makes it good. Fableds all over again, just as Black pointed out. Except, this time, we are dealing with a Tier 1 deck...

Now its my turn *facepalm*

It isn't that it tributes, but how you can use the tribute to make the most of it. Horn of Heaven isn't a bad card, just a little costly, and in this case you can make that cost almost non-existent (which imo makes it a better card than its relative Black Horn of Heaven if you use it right). It's the same with many other cases.
But there are better cards that don't have costs, or costs that don't matter, anyway that do the same thing.

There are two cards do the same thing for no cost, however one requires x-saber and the other a level 7 or higher normal monster, though there are cards that do it for a cost which is both opinion based and deck based on how heavy it is. None of these cards are outright better, as they are all situational.

@Aggro

Just to cover both of them. Solemn Warning is indeed situational (the kind you were thinking of) as it cost 2000 life points which is a lot, meaning there will be quite a few times you won't have enough to pay for them if you get them mid to late game.

Solemn Judgment is not situational in that manner, however it is situational in the meaning I'm speaking of. You pay half your life points to activate it, leaving you with a maximum of 4000 life points to use to pay for stuff, so some decks will not use it for that reason. However, in the decks that don't mind using so much LP, its an incredibly great card.

1. Evols aren't about Tributes. They're about lolconsistency. Not loltributetechs.

I'm mainly thinking this because I don't like only 6 things with 3 najasho...

Just saying for the half a billion people out there who do think so.

In all honesty, I don't even run Najasho at all.

1. Life Points don't matter.
2. You're wrong.

As for the actual card, Hieratics don't need it and Evols certainly don't need it. If you really needed to Tribute something in Evols, just run E-Controller.
