Contest Rules:

1.Must have "Elemental Hero" in its name (obviously)

2.Only Levels 1-9

3.Can be any Attribute

4.Only Warrior-Type

5.Effects cannot be cheap in any way

6.Picture that you choose must resemble the name of Elemental Hero

7.Picture cannot look real-life or insanely cartoony

8.Can be any of these Monster Forms: (Normal, Effect, Ritual, Fusion, Synchro)

Had some trouble when I tried to upload it to Imageshack from the Card Maker itself, so I used Windows 7 Snipping Tools and cropped it from the screen and used Photobucket. Do I just drop the card right here or PM you?

I might have something. I might have problems with the 'no cheap' effects rule. I guess we'll see. This should be a fun mini-project for me, having finished my Reserve Avengers Set (I'll have that up tomorrow).

Yes. I do. This was a joke card I made in March. I uploaded the wrong card to the contest XD

Knowing that, DarkHuman will probably let you replace it with the one you wanted to submit. After all, he has said he wants to see creativity.
I had some problems because I tried to Copy Image Location directly to the thread, instead of uploading the image externally first. I have fixed the problem by uploading to Photobucket.

Effect: Once per turn, you can send the top three cards from your Deck to the Graveyard to Normal Summon again this turn. This effect is negated during your 1st turn after activation. During your 2nd turn after activation this card effect is able to be activated.

Lore: This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by banishing 2 "Elemental hero Prisma" from your hand or deck. There can only be one "Malefic" monster on the field at a time. This card gains 400 Atk for each "Elemental Hero" monster in your graveyard. If there is no field spell on the field, destroy this card

lore: This card cannot be Set. This card can be placed into the magic and trap card zone as a continuous spell card. This counts as a normal summon. When this card is placed in the spell and trap card zone it gains four shield counters. You can remove four shield counters from this card to send Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck. The Fusion material monsters may be Monsters treated as spell or trap cards including this card.
