Yeah, this is really Terrible, Xyz monsters as stated by everyone, including the latest rulebook and konami that Makes the cards. XYZ MONSTERS don't have Levels, they have ranks there may be stars on the cards but there's a different Regulare Normal/effect/Ritual/Fusion/synchros Have Levels on the right [ ****] Xyz monsters However have it on the left [**** ] and is called rank. there are support cards for Xyz that Clearly Says RAnk instead of level. Do your research....... To cut this short, Ur card is terrible, change the requirements to legal target and it's fine.
