Galkin
Just some quick card I made: Portal to Oblivion Spell Card "Pay 1200 Life Points and Target 1 Monster on the Field; Banish it face-down. Monsters banished by this effect are unaffected by card effects while Banished." In other words, it permanently eliminates any Monster. Being Face-down makes the Monster unrecognizable and so it has no effect and being unaffected by card effects makes it impossible to retrieve it from the Banished pile. Link to comment
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
That's very interesting in concept; just the fact it only works on face down monsters kills it because it won't remove anything more significant than a Ryko. Especially for that life point cost. Portal of No Return would sound badass. Link to comment
Galkin
You misinterpreted it; It says to Banish Face-Down 1 Monster. It means it banishes any Monster on the field and puts them Face-down in the Banish Pile; kind of like the Different Dimension Capsule Zane used in Yugioh GX. Link to comment
Sorry I just read it as terrible OCG. Which if you're having to explain it like that, then it is anyway. Something like "Pay 1200 Life Points to target 1 monster on the field; Banish it in face down position... blah blah." Link to comment
Galkin
I changed the wording for better understanding. D.D. Capsule also has the wording "...Banish it face-down" in the form of "...remove it from play face-down". Link to comment
