My other account verification

I didn't get any email for this account and i was auto-registered.

 

BUT i made this one because the one i have made my cards on is not verified, i did not get an email and it comes up with this when i try and resend the email:

 

MySQL error: 1104

The SELECT would examine more than MAX_JOIN_SIZE rows; check your WHERE and use SET SQL_BIG_SELECTS=1 or SET SQL_MAX_JOIN_SIZE=# if the SELECT is okay

What is wrong, and can something be done to either verify it or move my cards?
