So. I don't see anyone running this card for any reason. It's effect seems to be basically meaningless. I don't really understand what you're trying to do here.

Its effect is meaningless?

...Yeah, sure. I like to think of it as a Strike Ninja clone that returns to the hand instead of the field. You can chain it to any trap your opponent activates and save a card.

The only 'drawback' is that it only works during your turn.

Plus it wastes your normal summon. Which isn't something to give up so lightly. Strike ninja is good... though also totally bad, because it can save itself to be brought to your field for easy Synchro/Xyzing. This doesn't really allow for that.

Plus. If you're telling me that you banish this card, you don't. By its effect, you shuffle it into the Deck.
