Once per turn: You can discard 1 card and detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Activate one of these effects: ● Halve the ATK of one monster your opponent controls. ● Reduce this card's ATK and DEF by 500 (Permanently); Destroy 1 card your opponent controls. This card cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect. If you couldn't' tell, this is meant to be summoned with Light End Dragon and Dark End Dragon. Link to comment
