Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Frunk liked my post *wobbles violently from faintness* Did any of you see James May, make a full size house out of lego? Yes! Yes I did. It was amazing. Watched the entire series on the BBC. Was great. Think the plasticine garden and Meccano bridge were good. Regarding Dave (the TV channel) its about the only channel I watch.

Zeal Ascendant
I really loved legoes and bionicles as a child... they were just so fun to play with. And I bet they still are. Such a great, timeless toy.

FindingTheEverlight
But do you overlap Lego with other Lego to make the wall strong? Of course, I know my groutless bricklaying.
~British Soul~
i once tried to make a Lego wall, but it kept breaking because of poor support, i now know that a good Lego wall is a think Lego wall
Cin
Or you just overlap the bricks, that usually solves most problems after several levels (think like houses and walls in RL)

Guest Lujan Solo
I saw a Lego Taj Mahal set for just under $1,500. It's actually very tempting. I am currently working on a city that I'm gonna populate with little plastic army men.

Frunk
so i'm sure they would send parts to the UK then, just out of curiosity have you ever paid an Australian cent for parts from Denmark? Nope, I have not. I myself have received replacement parts for 3 sets for free. Though, reading the form, it seems that now they charge you for replacement parts, but if you were to claim that the part was never included to begin with, you could still get it for free (for older sets too, if you claim you just got a new, unopened, old set on eBay, missing some pieces). Even so, it'd only be a couple of cents (or pennies) to legitimately buy a replacement part and have it sent out. http://us.service.le...ts/default.aspx

MrMegaman
Hey Archbaron Larry you're saying you hate legos just because you step on them and get hurt?!?legos are fun to build with. You need to think about it in a fun way. Not to be mean but if you don't like legos than why are you looking at lego stuff?
