yugiohbes2 Posted April 10, 2012 Report Share Posted April 10, 2012 well... for starting off, you need good trap cards. trap hole- when a monster is normal summoned, destroy it. magic cylinder- negate the attack of 1 of your opponent's monsters and inflict damage equal to the attacking monster's ATK to you opponent's life points. sakuretsu armor- you can only activate this card when your opponent declares an attack. destroy the attacking monster. dimensional prison- same as armor but you remove the monster from play mirror force- when your opponent declares an attack, destroy all attack position monsters your opponent controls. SPELLS: Heavy storm- destroy all spell and trap cards on the field lightning vortex- discard one card from your hand to destroy all face up monsters on your opponent's side of the field card destruction- everyone discards all the cards in their hand and picks up the same amount of cards from your deck. Try some combos like: Ring of destruction- target one face up monster card and both players lose life points equal to the monster's ATK ring of defense- Make a trap card have to damage to you. You should only use about 2 5-6* monsters and 2 7-10* monsters. The 5-6 star should have about 2500- 2800 atk or defence and 7-10 star monsters should have about 2900+ atk and/or def points. try 4* monsters with about 1800-2000 atk or def. Use theme decks like: gladiator beasts six samurai ancient gear ect... D-Prision Is better Well, at least you use 1 good card... Unneeded. Make that 2. Dark hole is better. Only usable in DWs. Banned Bad. No. I'm gonna be blunt, and say anything 5 and up in the main deck is hardly run because you need to tribute for it, so unless you have good tribute fodder, or special summon them easily (Dark Worlds), then you run monster that are between level 1 and 4 for Xyzing/synchroing/whatever, because thats the best way to get big monster out. Themes are actually fairly uncommon in meta decks. DAD wasn't themed, Plants weren't themed, Dino rabbit isn't themed, etc. tl;dr: Shut up, you have barely any idea of what you're talking about.
