Corion features 180 completely new cards, and brings multiplayer Yu-Gi-Oh! to the table, giving you a completely new way to play. You can buy booster packs or boxes of Corion in shops nowhere near you!

"Ready, Aim, Fire"

Corion (codenamed 'Ready') is the first of three sets in the epic saga set on Corion. The other two sets, codenamed 'Aim' and 'Fire', are yet to come.

"Welcome to Corion! It's full of places that are worlds apart, from the sprawling metropolises of Thansa, to the rocky waves of the Cressidan Seas, be sure to keep out of trouble! Rifts have begun to rip through areas on Corion, releasing massive amounts of raw energy everywhere! Be careful not to lose your hair while you travel this diverse planet! Are you ready?"

Experience Yu-Gi-Oh! in a completely different way as you travel with your friends on this massive world. All cards in these three sets have been custom-tailored to work in multiplayer duels, whether it be between three people, or between eight! Any number that you could imagine really! You can still play with just two people, if you want to travel alone!

Will you choose to go alone against your many opponents, or make alliances? Make those alliances, but do you want to turn on them later for your own personal gain? Your choice. Corion is about both the harmony and the chaos, the trickery and the partnerships.

"In The Harmony, Comes The Chaos"

In parallel to the Duel Terminal world and various other places, Corion is a planet not too far off to our own. Balanced between the civilised and the untamed, the artificial and beautifully natural, and it is home to a near unmatchable biodiversity. The most significant places on Corion are:

Thansa - A mega-city located on the main continental mass of Corion. It's home to many WATER and LIGHT energies, and is the main governing and political force on Corion. Rifts are quite common here, but they are often controlled by the many scientists here.

Semnisa - A sprawling market province near Thansa. It has a long history for the arts, and is home to a rather shady black market…. The province is full of WATER and DARK creatures and peoples. Semnisa, on average, has much less rifts than the other major areas on Corion for some unknown reason.

The Porspreo - A collective term for both the main tropical wilds around Thansa and Semnisa, and also the many islands that surround the Cressidan Seas. It is by far the wildest collection of places on Corion, home to at least a good 50% of the world's biodiversity (the other 50% probably in the Cressidan Seas, although vastly unexplored). Rifts are extremely common here, gradually releasing large amounts of energy into The Porspreo, probably encouraging even more uncontrollable wild growth here. It's home to many WIND and EARTH monsters.

The Cressidan Seas - The Cressidan Seas is the collective term for the many oceans and seas on Corion. Mysterious, and unexplored, the seas are home to only the foolish and the greatly skilled. There are several sinkholes below the surface that regularly are considered disaster spots, nesting anything from freak storms to rogue spirits out to haunt anybody near. The Cressidan Seas are also the only places to see underwater rifts. As rifts become increasingly more and more common, so does the activity of these sinkholes. It's home to many FIRE and WATER monsters.

The Cardinal Skies + The Dream Ruins - The Cardinal Skies are a region above the areas just outside Semnisa full of floating islands and collapsing holy ruins. It seems largely abandoned apart from the majestic birds and spirits seen dwelling there. Some people often come here though in various ways, usually explorers and scientists. The Dream Ruins are often associated with the Cardinal Skies, both having similar tribal histories. A lot of exotic animals live in The Dream Ruins. The Dream Ruins lie in the centre of The Porspreo, but the ancient nature of The Dream Ruins seems to have changed a lot of the native biodiversity. Most creatures in both these places are FIRE or WIND.
The Rifts

The cause of the rifts is generally unknown, but they are basically large gaping rips around Corion that release massive amounts of energy into the surrounding area (and probably overloading everything in a small radius) before disappearing completely. The residents of Corion have learnt to adapt and cope with these strange phenomena. Also, it seems things and creatures from other worlds are also appearing on Corion very rarely. It is widely linked to the rifts, but has not been harmful as of yet.

A strange visitor...

A curious knight named Cardenio has come to the large city of Thansa, and comes preaching of magic and power not aligned to any Attribute. He asks for little in return, but is often seen at Thansa's academic institutes, conversing with rift researchers.

The exclusive cards, Cosmological Sphinx and Bribe the Troops, will be revealed soon while the rest of the set is being spoiled gradually.
