well if super boy does have the same powers as superman, then that would mean there will be the same results but i found this version. http://www.youtube.c...?v=tnF9Nacj-as. i got to admit, it was funny what superman last thing to stop doomsday. and doomsday is consider the only one to kill superman in the comic issue call the death of superman. as for the anime character, there should be a character that is more powerful(like the Living Tribunal from the Multiverse which his abilty are Omnipotence
Nigh-Omniscience
Omnipresence). but is only o his/her side.

Well, since Doomsday is a DC character lets see a few of DC's own character that can beat Doomsday in a straight battle and let's see whatever anime character that powers rival or at the very least on par with these DC character that can beat Doomsday.

1. Lucifer Morningstar

Lucifer is one of the most powerful beings in the DCverse, next to his brother and his father. He possesses the ability to manipulate any external force for any effect he desires. He cannot, however, create something out of nothing. For this he needs the Demiurgic force of his brother Michael, and later his niece Elaine. Together, Michael and Lucifer are capable of creating entire multiverses. His most common use of power is calling forth the fire of the various suns he used to birth and burning his opponents to ashes. His durability surpasses all others; he was able to tank a point-blank release of the Dunamis Demiurgos which could destroy all of creation without even flinching. Even not at full power Lucifer's mind makes him a formidable adversary. While powerless in Izanami's House of Windowless Rooms he was able to manipulate the many gods who attacked him and drive them to their own deaths. Due to his long life he is well-versed in magic and the set-up of the universe. He has some skill as a swordsman and basic hand-to-hand fighting.

2. The Endless

The Endless are seven, seven siblings that embody seven different fundamental forces of existence itself(Destiny, Death, Dream, Destruction, Desire, Despair, Delirium). Ageless, immortal and nigh-omnipotent. They are ideas, anthromorphic personifications of concepts, but even so, they are all individual beings, and have feelings, thoughts and personalities all their own, as proven by the fact that when Daniel Hall replaces Morpheus as Dream, that he does not truly replace Morpheus to those who knew him, because he is not the same, while the same being in theory, they are quite different in action.

3. Superboy Prime

Superboy-Prime possessed just about the same powers as his counterpart Superman although they appear to be more powerful due to his insanity. Superboy-Prime's power levels are reminiscent of the powerful Silver Age Superman, accomplishing such feats as overpowering two Supermen, punching planets with ease and defeating or killing many other DC heroes. Superboy-Prime also wears a yellow sun powered suit of armor to further enhance his power. His body is currently not energized with energy from a Guardian of The Universe, as he had used up his energy during his fight with Monarch. Prime like any Superman absorbs different forms of radiation and draws power from yellow sunlight, but appears to absorb it back faster and reach full power sooner. He has also been able to absorb the energy from a Guardian of The Universe and used it to increase his age, but only temporally.

There's more but I'm a bit lazy today so any anime character that powers are on par with these DC character can easily beat Doomsday.
Lucifer and The Endless are equal to Living Tribunal power wise and any anime character as powerful as these multiverse character can easily defeat Doomsday. Character like Alucard can go toe to toe with Doomsday but I'll think it'll be a stalemate between the two.

If heat vision killed Doomsday, he'll be really sad to run into The Firey...

I always liked Justice League more than the other super cartoons and or comics because there seems to be at least less ridiculous feats and it makes them seem like they aren't just invincible most of the time.

Mewtwo is capable of taking over Doomday's mind, just like he did to Nurse Joy.

Ghost Rider is extremely durable as well.

Superhuman Durability: Johny Blaze is highly resistant to the point of being basically immune to all types of earthly physical damage as he has taken blows from beings such as an enraged World War Hulk with no sign of pain or discomfort, had his entire skull destroyed and regenerated instantly without any discomfort, and while the Ghost Rider is in control only divine weapons forged in heaven can cause discomfort or harm to the Ghost Rider. The Ghost Rider is capable of withstanding great impact forces, temperature and pressure extremes, powerful energy blasts, and falls from great heights without sustaining injury. As his bodily tissues have been transformed, leaving only a skeleton, most projectiles such as bullets simply pass through him or bounce off his bones. Ghost Rider's body is for all intents immune to physical injury, as he is evidently not able to feel pain and is able to survive with no apparent discomfort no matter how severe the injury (Unless a weapon forged from Heaven itself is used against him).

Regenerative Healing Factor: Despite his invulnerability to conventional forms of injury, objects such as weapons forged in heaven by the arch angel Zadkiel, can actually harm the Ghost Rider to a certain extent. However, if his being is damaged, the magical energies imbuing him allows the Ghost Rider or Johnny Blaze to instantly regenerate any and all damage done, even to the point of fully regenerating lost limbs in moments, and regenerating his skull after it was destroyed in seconds without any discomfort or any evident pain.

He can use Penance stare to inflict unsurmountable pain to Doomsday.

Penance Stare: Ghost Rider possesses the supernatural ability to cause any individual who stares into his eyes to see and feel every bit of pain they have ever inflicted on anyone in their entire lifetime for all eternity.

Hate to ruin your idea of the Justice League not being op but Superman can easily beat Goku, Wonder Woman can go toe to toe with a broken character like Kratos, Flash can travel in the speed of light when not in combat, Green Lantern can construct anything with his ring and it's as strong as it's will and batman's BATMAN! so..they're pretty op.

Invulnerability: Doomsday is almost completely resistant to all forms of physical and mental types of harm, and as such, bullets bounce off him, rockets, lasers and bombs won't leave a mark on him, and high-voltage energy emissions (beams) can't penetrate through his tough hide, and he can survive in space and can even operate while in the direct prsence of space vacuums, vortexes and wormholes, and he doesn't require oxygen, water, or any form of nourishment to maintain himself, and he can only be harmed by high-tier superhuman beings like Superman, Wonder Woman, and Captain Marvel.

It appears that mewtwo indeed would not be able to mentally affect Doomsday.

On the other hand, Doomsday is capable of extreme hatred. He cannot be without a soul.

Well before Ghost Rider can get close enough to do his penance stare, his skull head would be split in two when Doomsday punch him across the room. Not making Doomsday like some freaking god or anything but you know his feat already and simply Ghost Rider won't do much in match against him which is unlike the character I suggested cause their entirely on a different level. Plus the Doomsday having a soul thing..well punishing Doomsday, the mindless killing machine is like punishing a snake that you unleash into your farm to kill some rats.
