Yu-Gi-Oh, Year of Darkness.doc As Porter walked along the streets to the confrence at Vantge Ltd., he was apprehensive. His boss and friend Hanna was unveiling the new Duel Sword, a revolutationary sword that you could use to duel and had a number of other useful functions. It could also be customized to your specific deck. He rembered when he and Hanna did a test duel using them, and hers had taken the shape of a black wing. Not surprising, he thought, as Hanna was a Blackwing Duelist and one of the best. He had nearly won too. As he stepped inside the building, he pulled out his keycard to get on the elevator. As he thought, the year 2025 is a new one, he heard his friends yell to halt the elevator. It was his co-workers Kyla, and Devin. Both were duelists, using Photon decks that were a beat-down in Tag Duels. As they greeted each other and the elevator went up to the 27th floor, they exited to find Hanna pacing excitedly. She told them that there was a change of plans and that there would be an exhibition duel with the new Duel Swords to prove how good they were. As the team was struck dumbfounded, the conference room was flooded with reporters and CEO’s of major duel companies. As Hanna stepped up to the podium, she explained the sword and its properties, she beckoned the team up to the stage and handed them Duel Swords and D-Gazers if needed. Kyla and Devin took one, but Hanna and Porter just activated their Duel Tattoos, a black wing and red crossed swords. Hanna shouted, LET THE DUEL BEGIN. Hanna went first and NS Breeze the Zepyher. She then activated the effects of 2 Bora the Spear in her hand and Gale the Whirlwind. She then did 2 Synchro Summons and brought out 2 Blackwing Armor Masters. She then set 2 cards facedown. Kyla took the next turn and SS Photon Thrasher. She then NS Photon Crusher and overlays them to bring out Photon Butterfly Assasin. She sets 3 cards facedown. Porter then NS Excalibur Tenre. He uses its eff to Switch to Level 6 and overlays itself to Xyz Summ. Conduit Excalibur Excalibur TenreLIGHTWarrior/Effect4, Level2000/1750 This card can act as 2 Xyz Materials for a Xyz Summon. Once per turn, this card's level can switch between 3 and 6. Conduit ExcaliburLIGHTWarrior/Xyz/Effect6, Rank2700/0This card can detach 1 Xyz Material to double its attack points: When it does, take 1000 LP and your opponent takes 2000 damage. LP/Porter-3000/Hanna-4000/Kyra-2000/Devin-4000 He then activates Monster Reborn and overlays Excalibur Tenre again to bring out another Conduit Excalibur. Kyra loses the duel, but her monster is transferred over to Devin’s side of the field. Devin playes Photon Crusher and tributes both of them to SS Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon. He then sets 3 cards face-down. Hanna activates the field spell Mystic Plasma Zone. Then Blackwing Armor Master attacks G-E P D, destroying the dragon but due to its effect not destroying Armor Master. Then the 2ND Armor Master attacks LP/Porter-2000/Hanna-4000/Devin-1000 Porter proceeded to attack with his 2 Conduits, Devin Activates Mirror Force, but Porter activates Excali-Sword Remains so Devin still takes 10,800 points of Damage. LP/Porter-2000/Hanna-4000/WINNERS The crowd roars and the gang gives eachothers smiles. Little do they know, a dark force lays within one of the CEO’s…..
