Additional Storyline, by -Dharc-

Long ago, there lived three Legendary Pokémon by the names of Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion. These three Pokémon each possessed different qualities that, when combined, fully represented a true hero. Cobalion embodied an iron will, the determination to stand steadfast against all obstacles, and a willingness to lead his comrades through thick and thin. Terrakion represented immense strength, honesty, and loyalty. And finally, Virizion personified (or is it Pokémonified?) luck, kindness, and friendship. For a long period of time, these Pokémon protected the lands and beings of Cygrus from harm, and earned much respect.

One day, these three met at a spring on Rockius Mountainside, where they found a young Pokémon by the name of Keldeo. Keldeo was orphaned due to the ravages of a fire, and the three Legendary Pokémon agreed to adopt the young Pokémon. As such, people began to identify Keldeo with certain qualities more than the other Pokémon: intellect, purity, and the ability to overcome adversity.

Together, these Pokémon protected Cygrus from evil, and eventually went into a period of hibernation, as peace was restored to the land. However, with the emergence of Team Nebulus and Team Draconius, it wouldn't be surprising if they came forward once again.

The starting town for most trainers from this region. It is a beautiful village, decorated with foliage of all different kinds. Also the home to Greenvine Hill, a small cave where the first wild Pokemon live.
2 — Gradnis Forest
The forest separating Greenvine Town and Gradnis Village. Inside lurks Bug and Grass-type Pokemon everywhere! Many people from Gradnis Village come here to train.
3 — Gradnis Village
A small village (even smaller than Greenvine Town), which is the home to the first Gym in the region. It is said that the home of Virizion is located nearby.

7 — Magma Forest
This is an extremely dangerous forest. Reshiram is said to live within the depths of the forest.

[*]No Legendary Pokemon can be caught or owned until AFTER the Pokemon League Tournament.

[*]Even then, only certain Legendaries can be caught.

[*]Each trainer starts off with only 1 starter Pokemon (except for Gym Leaders and Elite 4), unless you have a non-Legendary/non-Pseudo Legendary Pokemon you would like to start with.

• Be fair about the damage you and your opponent's Pokemon do to each other. When they should do damage to you, let that happen. We are not here to win every battle we encounter.
• It's alright to lose; In fact, everyone should lose at regular intervals (except Elite 4 members, and Team Leaders)
• Understand the difference in power and level between the higher-up members (Elite 4, Champion, Team Draconius/Nebulus Leaders). to everyone else. Remember to illustrate this difference. It is illogical for a normal trainer with a Mudkip to be able to defeat an Elite 4 member. Keep this in mind.
• Do not simply call "Dodge" every chance you get. If your Pokemon cannot logically dodge an attack (such as Psychic, which just controls the movements of an opponent's body), do not call "dodge" and expect it to happen.
• Be a good judge to you and your opponent. If one side launches an attack that would inflict damage, do not try desperately to prevent it
• Be a good sport. If you have won every battle you have faced, and you meet a trainer, perhaps you can let them win
• To keep the battles running smoothly, I suggest the two opponents contact each other via PM to to work things out BEFORE the battle ends.
• Before you call an attack combination, visualize the attack in your head. Then, express your thoughts on the combination AS DETAILED AS YOU CAN on the RP post, and make sure your opponents can understand what happens.
• Do not attempt to pull off an illogical combination. Combinations should only be made from 2 attacks. Occasionally, you can add a 3rd attack to increase the effect, but only 2 attacks are allowed per combination. Think about it, could a Pokemon really launch 3 attacks at once? No.
• You must declare and describe each attack clearly and accurately. Don't just say "Oh, but I used this attack earlier, and therefore its effect happens now.
• Make sure your posts make sense. For example, a cloned Pokemon from Double Team cannot attack. Therefore, if a Double Teamed Pokemon attacks, and the defending Pokemon strikes it before it is able to launch its attack, do not just say "But you just hit a clone". This is unfair and cheap. The only exception to this rule is Substitute, which automatically replaces itself with the original when it is attacked (but don't forget its cost: 1/4 of your base HP)

Hometown: Sootopolis City

Biography:
Caden was born and raised in Sootopolis City with his older brother, Nathan. The two were left alone at a boarding school since their parents were constantly on business trips, always flying between Johto and Kanto. When Caden turned eight, Nathan left for his Pokemon Journey around Hoenn, leaving Caden in the hands of Wallace, who was then the Sootopolis Gym Leader.

It is around this point that Caden received his would-be partner - Wallace presented him with an egg, telling him to unlock its true potential. The egg soon hatched to reveal a Feebas. Caden tried hard raising the Feebas, but despite his best efforts, all Feebas could do was Splash, Tackle, and Flail. As Caden grew discouraged, he started treating Feebas as a pet rather than a battler. However, this turned out to be the key. One day, as Caden was polishing Feebas' scales, it evolved into a Milotic, who became Caden's closest partner.

From that day forth, until Caden was old enough to leave for his own journey, Wallace became his mentor, introducing him to Pokemon Contests in addition to training him in standard battling. Due to this, Caden was already a skilled trainer a year before he left for his Hoenn League Challenge. It was also around this time that Nathan had won the Ever Grande Conference, leaving Caden eager to start his adventure.

When Caden turned ten, he left Sootopolis City in hopes of conquering the league - He won his way through each gym - even winning several contests along the way, until he eventually returned to the Sootopolis Gym, where he found out, much to his dismay, that Wallace was no longer the leader, having his position taken by Juan. Upon defeating Juan, Caden made his way to the Ever Grande Conference, where he made it up to the Top 8, where he encountered Wallace...as his competitor. The two ensued in a fierce battle between their Milotics. However, Wallace's superior intellect and technique bested Caden's as his Milotic emerged triumphant. Wallace went on to win not only the tournament, but also his place at the top of the Elite 4. Though Caden was knocked out of the tournament, he only used it as an excuse to prepare even more for the next one.

Immediately following the end of the Ever Grande Conference, Caden journeyed to Sinnoh, where he continued to compete in both league matches and contests. Though he won five ribbons throughout Sinnoh, he decided not to participate in the Grand Festival, instead devoting more time to training for his real goal: the Lily of the Valley Conference. Upon his arrival at the Lily of the Valley Conference, Caden rammed through the preliminary rounds as well as the quarterfinals and semifinals. After a breathtaking battle resulting in a nerve-racking showdown between Caden's Milotic and a Metagross, Caden secured his place at the top of the tournament.

Upon returning home, Nathan presented him with a ticket for a ferry to the Cygrus region, which excited Caden. While Caden intended the trip to be nothing more than a vacation, that would not be the case....

Personality:
Caden can be seen in different ways - though seen to most as shy or scared at first glance, those who he opens up to see that he's active, cheerful, and enjoyable to be around.

RP Name: Rosencrantz "Rose" Blackwood (just an FYI—Rose is a GUY)
Age: 12
Hometown: Undella Town
Appearance:

Biography:
Rose was born to a moderately wealthy family who lived in Undella Town year-round. His father was a Pokémon Trainer, and his mother was a coordinator; as such, he was raised around Pokémon, and he inherently understood that every Pokémon can combine power and beauty in a totally unique way from every other. When Rose turned ten, his father presented him with a Pokémon egg that eventually hatched into a Drilbur. Rose and Drilbur played together all the time, and the two were inseparable.
When Rose turned 11, he decided he wanted to become a Trainer, and said he wanted to travel to the Cygrus Region to challenge the Evraflow Conference. This displeased his mother, who wanted him to challenge the Unova League. In order to settle the dispute, Rose's father challenged him to a battle. If Rose won, he could leave Unova for Cygrus; if he lost, he would head to Striaton City and challenge the Gym Leader. After a long-fought battle, Rose and his Drilbur drew with his father and his Bisharp. As such, Rose's mother was left with the decision. However, seeing how well her son battled, she said he'd do fine in Cygrus, and he set off. Now, he aims to become the Champion of Cygrus, so he may go back and challenge the Champions of all of the other regions.
Personality:
Rose is a very kind and caring boy. However, his faults include his extreme lack of self-confidence and the tendency to get nervous in the middle of every-day scenarios for no particular reason, and the constant desire to please everyone all the time. In battle, however, Rose shes his normal inhibitions and becomes very driven and resourceful. But, this does not diminish his caring nature, as he will grant any person any grace they so require so long as they are deserving of it (i.e., breaks mid-battle).

Species: Drilbur
Biography: Rose received Drilbur as an egg on his tenth birthday. When Drilbur hatched in the middle of the night, he awoke Rose. The two became instant friends, and have been inseparable ever since. The two often trained by their home against Rose's parents' Pokémon, a practice that caused Drilbur to grow strong very quickly. When the time came for Rose to prove that he was ready to become a trainer and leave his home, Drilbur was the Pokémon selected to battle Rose's father's Bisharp, being chosen over every other Pokémon in the house. When Rose was allowed to travel to the Cygrus region, Drilbur was the only Pokémon he chose to take with him.
Personality: Drilbur is very happy-go-lucky, and is rarely ever seen without a cheerful expression on his face. He is also very powerful compared to other Pokémon of a similar age. However, because of his strength, he is also very headstrong and stubborn, causing him to often get in over his head and not "get out while he still can" when in a bad situation.

Biography:
Nathan was born and raised in Sootopolis City with his younger brother, Caden. The two were left alone at a boarding school since their parents were constantly on business trips, always flying between Johto and Kanto. When Nathan turned eleven, he left for his Pokemon Journey around Hoenn, leaving Caden in the hands of Wallace. He returned about a year later, discouraged at having lost to the current Champion, Steven Stone.

After his return home, however, he left again, this time to challenge the Johto League. He won his way through all of the gyms with ease, only having used his Umbreon, and he made it to the Silver Conference. When the time came for the final round, Nathan was pitted against Corey Slade, a trainer from a town he had never heard of. After a hard-fought battle, Nathan managed to take out Corey’s Salamence with his Armaldo, netting him a conference title.
He returned home once more, only to find out that his father had been murdered by a man claiming he was looking for Groudon and Kyogre. He learned of a faction in the far-off Cygrus Region whose ambitions were to capture Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, and other Pokémon in order to control the very forces of nature. He traveled there, only to realize that his brother was on a journey in the very same region…

Personality: Nathan is very level-headed and cool. He rarely lets anything faze him, and as such is a very good battler. He takes everything very seriously, and is not one to joke around. Despite this, however, he has a soft spot for his little brother, and is willing to do anything to make Caden happy.

Biography:
Corey was born the son of a police officer and an attorney, so he naturally has a strong sense of justice. Thus, his parents rarely spent time at home with him - and during the few occurrences that they were, they would babble on endlessly about their newest cases or things along that line. This often left him alone at home with the family pet, a Bagon, and his babysitter/educator, Steven Stone, who essentially acted as his school.
At age 10, Corey had already finished college-level academic courses, and Steven decided it was time to switch focus to Pokemon. Shortly into their training, Steven had already measured Corey's potential and capabilities, declaring them comparable to those of a so-called genius. When Corey turned 11, Steven recommended that he set off on one of the Gym Challenges - however, Corey refused, asking for another year to train before setting off. Steven granted this request, continuing to train him throughout that year.
The next year, Corey set out on the Hoenn League challenge, as directed by Steven. Despite easily crashing through each of the the Gym Leaders, he decided against competing in the Ever Grande Conference upon hearing of his father's death, instead returning home to pay his respects. Several months after his father's death, Corey journeyed to the Johto region, where he competed in that year's Silver Conference. He won his way to the final match, where he was pitted against a trainer his age, Nathan Azure. After a long battle, Corey lost to Nathan, discovering the many loopholes in his strategies.
Some time after his loss in the Silver Conference, while Corey was in the middle of his intensive training, he received an invitation given to a select group of trainers to compete in the Cygrus League's grand opening. He was hoping to see Nathan there as well, but was disappointed to find out that he did not attend. Nevertheless, Corey took the challenge, finding it as an opportunity to test his newly developed form of battling. Upon winning his eighth Cygrus badge, he headed to the first annual Evraflow Conference, where the top five winners would become the region's Elite 4. Corey eventually fought to the top, defeating current Elite 4 members Judas Renict and Zura Glory on the way. There he was crowned Champion, with the Elite 4 consisting of Oliver, Desu, Judas, and Zura.
Upon becoming champion, Corey formed the Cygrus Stealth Union, taking on the codename Rectus. As the "leader" of this organization, Corey often spends time doing research at the Evraflow HQ and patrolling around Cygrus. It was around that time where he discovered the existence of the evil organizations Team Nebulus and Team Draconius. After following their actions for a while, he has gathered enough evidence to deduce that one of them was the cause of his father's death. He has made it his goal to exterminate these teams for the sake of his father and for the region of Cygrus.
Personality:
Corey can usually be seen as a calm and collected individual, especially when it comes to his regular patrolling around Cygrus. This is reflected in his battle style, where he is careful, analytical, and calculating.

Biography:
Judas was born in Petalburg to poor parents. Unlike most children, he did not get his first Pokémon (a Zangoose) until he turned 16. Throughout his childhood, his peers often teased him for not having a Pokémon and for being part of a poor family; as a result, when he received Zangoose, he used it to brutally assault everyone who teased him. Afterward, he left on a journey to become a Pokémon trainer, but he was disqualified from the Hoenn Conference in the Semi-Final round because he was threatening his opponents. He then spent many years traveling the world, battling everyone he could to grow stronger and stronger.

When the time came for the Cygrus Region to begin looking for Elite Four members, Judas was well-known throughout the Pokémon World for his ruthless tactics and fierce Pokémon; as such, he was the first one chosen to become a candidate for Elite Four member/Champion. There was a tournament held to determine who would receive which position in the Elite Four Hierarchy, in which he came in third place. Because of this, he took up the mantle of Elite Four member #3, and developed a hatred toward the Champion and 4th Elite Four member.
Now, he is very reclusive and mysterious, rarely showing his face to anyone other than the Champion, Rectus.

Personality:
Judas is very sadistic and cynical. He cares very little for others, only showing interest when people are suffering. He is known to randomly send Pokémon from his collection to attack random trainers, simply to watch them squirm. Judas is also known to be a bit of a short fuse, getting angry easily and often lashing out when he does. He treats all of his Pokémon (except Zangoose) like tools, and he could care less if they were happy or unhappy.

IN
ACTION

Ashmin Minna Rin-Clarendu will reappear as soon as I make a few minor adjustments [s]and find the application again[/s]
I espect extremely wierd shenanigans this time 'round.

Also, scrapped Thorn as a character. Of course, I can always create another trainer to replace her and her murderous tendencies

Here we have it
Also, before I show you Ashmin, I'll tell you that I changed her age - again - because I realized she was older than Caden and that messed with my head-canon so badly I had to fix it.
Becca is my replacement for Thorn since Thorn's character seemed to hate me. A lot.
Username: Cacophony
RP Name: Ashmin Minna Rin
Age: 11
Hometown: New Bark Town
Appearance:
Biography: Ashmin had an interesting childhood. The moment she stopped having to be watched constantly, she became well aware of the building rage between her mother and father. Even as a child, she could tell it wasn’t quite right, the way they argued and screamed.
When she was around six, her parents had their worst argument. It resulted in a wrestling match between mother and father, and ended badly. The fury drained away only after her father strangled Ashmin’s mother, and he realized what he’d done.
While the local officers questioned her father, Ashmin stayed with her friend Skyler, whose parents had been good friends with Ashmin’s. And, at the end of it all, Ashmin’s father was arrested, and she never saw him again.
Due to those problems, she stayed with Skyler and became a bit like another member of the family. She laughed with them, played with them, and even received her Pokemon with them. But she always remembered her parents, especially her mother.
As a way of distracting her from the horrific event that haunted her night and day, she attempted the league of Johto. Her ‘brother’ told her she did fantastically well in the Conference, despite her defeat in the semi-finals. But it made her happy all the same.
In order to keep herself distracted, she then caught a ferry to Cygrus, only to have a most unusual adventure.
Personality: Ashmin is a little goofy and generally nice by nature. She sometimes comes off as shy or nervous, especially if she has a sudden flashback of her mother’s death. She tries her hardest to forget the past and instead looks to the future, regarding it in a somewhat optimistic manner. She likes to learn new things, which distract her from her past. The more she learns, the easier it is to forget. As such, she finds herself immersed in books often.
Trainer Type: Semi-Finalist of Johto League - Normal Trainer
Starter Pokemon: Lyre the Cyndaquil

Appearance:
Biography: Becca was the oldest in a large family. While her younger siblings were taken care of, she was allowed to wander the snows, dreaming of a chance to shine. She always wanted to be the best, and she saw Pokemon as a means to do so.
When she received her starter, a Shinx, she set about conquering every gym she came to. Should she fail, she asked for a rematch the very next day. Then, she entered the Lily of the Valley Conference, and did horribly, by her standards. In reality, she made it to the quarter-finals before being bested by a younger competitor.
Feeling like she had no choice but to train more, she went off for a few years to train harder. It was in this time that she became more and more competitive, often resorting to dirty tricks to win the battle.
And now she’s come to Cygrus. And a few little disasters are sure to be left in her wake.
Personality: Becca is fiercely competitive. She wants to be the best and hates to be defeated in anything. She could be considered as a bit of a prankster, as she often resorts to tricks of various kinds in order to be the winner of her various pursuits. Outside of a ‘battlefield’ se is somewhat polite but a bit of a pompous brat, often boasting of her victories over tough opponents.
Trainer Type: Normal Trainer

Biography: Bree lives with her parents whom shared their home with her Grandfather. Her parents weren't trainers or breeders, but her Grandfather was an explored man, knowledgeable of the world and Pokemon. As a child, Bree was mentally ahead of those her age and understood dilemma and consequence, causing her parents to worry about her while the old man had a knowing smile on his face. He'd watch over Bree in her mischievous antics while her parent's were working in the Celadon City Store. She'd explore her backyard, climb trees, anything a brave little girl would do. In her teen years her adventurous nature never subsided. Bree was known to roam about the neighboring routes, feeding wild Pokemon and mending those that were hurt. Though she never brought a single one home, she deeply wished she could call a Pokemon hers. Her grandfather, having been a trainer, only inspired her ambitions further. Present day, though she realizes she's older than most, Bree wants to start her journey.

Personality: Bree is an optimist, seeing silver-lining under black clouds. This trait makes her very approachable. Bree can be very affectionate with her friends, caring for them in subtle ways and giving her trust quickly. Though Bree is very sympathetic, when her trust is broken she holds a grudge. Bree does not like those who are ignorant of others' feelings or are otherwise dumb all around and will show it by lack of conversation, shunning body language or total dismissal. Sometimes she has a moment of being a whiner and if you're her friend, just stick by her. It'll be over in a couple minutes. She's a great girl, and a good friend. Give her some chocolate and she'll love you.

2nd, I haven't joined the previous ones, but seen as though it looks incredibly interesting, I shall join and hopefully have fun.

3rd, why are all the characters so young? Would you honestly let a 12 year old roam around the country with dangerous, wild, super-powered animals?
Username: KCnameless
RP Name: Oliver 'Olly' Sanders
Age: 18
Hometown: Mahogany Town

Biography: Olly was born to a homely house in the rural Mahogany town, and lived with his parents and his widowed Grandmother, a kind old lady who sported an unusual past time of walking a few miles to the Lake of Rage in order to search for Gyarados. As Olly grew up, it was frequent for him to join 'Granny' on these trips, enjoying the scenery of the lake of rage. The sights and pokémon of the lake of rage later inspired his love of water and Ice type pokémon, a trait which continued through-out his whole life.
As he grew up, he joined the few other children in the village under the tutelage of then Gym Leader, Pryce. Olly's love of the Ice pokémon only grew during his time as a student of Pryce, and this trait allowed Pryce to acknowledge Olly, and after all the other student's had left on their pokémon journey, Olly was offered the chance to continue learning under Pryce, an offer which he instantly accepted. He was then given a young Eevee, which he was told held a power inside which allowed it to evolve into almost any type of pokémon possible. Although initially hasty of the bland, normal type Pokémon, Olly grew to love not only the chance of his very own powerful Ice type, but the Eevee herself.
While training under Pryce, usually inside the Ice path, Olly captured himself a large selection of Pokémon, including the majority of his current pokémon team: A swinub, a Sneasel and a Piplup; which he was informed by Pryce was an Incredibly rare Pokémon, especially in Johto.
Olly spent many years training in Mahogany town, Joining the local gym and progressing up through the gym. Eventually, aged 15, he was informed by Pryce that he had nothing left to teach him, and that he was left with a choice. Pryce was now a very old man, and would not be a Gym Leader for much longer, and so Olly could either take over the Gym, or leave on his own pokémon journey. Olly decided that he would not remove Pryce from his position, and so left on his Pokémon journey. Rather than taking part in the Johto Pokémon league, Olly moved to Kanto and took up the challenge of the Kanto Pokémon league, so as to avoid battling his old master. For a year he travelled around Kanto, improving and completing his team, and defeated the Kanto Pokémon league. His talent being recognised through this, he was offered the opportunity to compete for a place in the Cygrus Conference, with the chance of becoming one of the Elite four. After battling his way through the many challenges in the Cygrus conference quite easily, he reached the point where he was guarenteed a place within the Elite four. Realising that he was already acknowledged as one of the top trainers in the region, he conceeded his match before it had started, not wanting to harm his pokémon, or waste his energy. As such, despite being known as the weakest of the Elite four, it is unknown as to how he would really fair against the rest of the 4.
Recently, Olly returned to mahogany town to take part in Pryce's last ever battle before he retired. As his last Challenger, Olly was told to use his full power. The battle was an incredible match, named the Battle of the decade on Johto television, and ended with Pryce's victory, although after the battle, away from the public, Pryce acknowledged that Olly had held back.
Olly now travels the Cygrus region, testing random trainers he meets along the way. He is also, unbeknownst to Cygrus Stealth Union - of which he does not know exists - insighting[sub](Right word?) [/sub]his own investigations into the actions of Draconis and Nebulus, for no obvious reason asides from their threat to the region, and its inhabitants.
He is often away from Evraflow City, and as such usually delays wannabe challengers from progressing any further.
((Sorry, I realise it seems slightly disjointed, but I got a bit distracted halfway in, and do not wish to waste a load of time editing.))
Personality: Olly is a rather lax, non-chalant person, known for his talent, and his evasion of using that talent. Although he is an avid battler, he will rarely accept challenges, and almost never declares challenges, as he wishes not to waste energy on such a meager thing as battling 'when there is such a beautiful world to admire'. He is a large lover of nature, and can often be seen walking through forests or relaxing on the back of his Lapras with his Glaceon, whether it is on a secluded river, or in the wide Ocean.
He retains this personality in battle, maintaining a loose, relaxed battling attitude that works much to his advantage, as it allows him to be detached and avoid getting caught in the moment. It allows him to spot flaws in an opponents strategy that an adrenaline high competitor would miss.
He cares highly about all pokémon, and though he will not immeadiately come to the aid of a wild pokémon - for he does not wish to disturb nature - he will rescue a pokémon if its life is in danger, or it is owned.
Trainer Type: Elite Four.
Elite 4: 3 or 1. Preferably 3. It says it's taken, but I dont see anyone that has taken it. But 1 if not.
Starter Pokémon: Eevee.
Current Pokémon Team: (Order in Pokémon app = Name~Gender~Lvl~Moveset(When needed)~Ability)

Mamoswine/Big guy~Male~Lv 58~Ice beam, Ancient Power, Earthquake, Blizzard~Thick Fat
Pokémon:
Nickname: (only outside of battle) Little/Lil' Lady.
Special Features: Glaceon has a small notch on the top of her left ear that appears to be a bite mark, and has a scar on the right underside of her stomach.
Short personality: As Olly's first pokémon, they share a strong bond. They will attempt to protect the other no matter what, and have saved each other's lives on many occasions.
Glaceon has the utmost of trust in Olly and although she can sometimes doubt his Ideas, she will follow through with themon the belief that he knows what he is doing. She is a very humble pokémon, and knows when she is at a disadvantage; as such, when she meets a stronger pokémon, she will attempt to avoid confrontation. She is rather relaxed, like her owner, but does not reach his level of non-chalance, and at times she can be very alert and, occasionally, even violent.
Short Bio: Glaceon was Olly's first pokémon. Initially given to him as a young Eevee, they trained almost every day. Eevee evolved during a fight with Weavile(As a Sneasel) in Ice Path, where she was badly injured by a shadow claw to her underside. She managed to defeat the Sneasel, resulting in its capture and joining the team. She has been by Olly's side sincethey met, and is in almost every battle he has.
Will do other's later, as they appear in the RP.
May do another app later.

Becca is my replacement for Thorn since Thorn's character seemed to hate me. A lot.

RP Name: Ashmin Minna Rin

1st, I must say it: Garazza, I love your sig. Just love it.

2nd, I haven't joined the previous ones, but seen as though it looks incredibly interesting, I shall join and hopefully have fun.

3rd, why are all the characters so young? Would you honestly let a 12 year old roam around the country with dangerous, wild, super-powered animals?

RP Name: Oliver 'Olly' Sanders
Age: 17
Hometown: Mahogany Town

Biography: Olly was born to a homely house in the rural Mahogany town, and lived with his parents and his widowed Grandmother, a kind old lady who sported an unusual past time of walking a few miles to the Lake of Rage in order to search for Gyarados. As Olly grew up, it was frequent for him to join 'Granny' on these trips, enjoying the scenery of the lake of rage. The sights and pokémon of the lake of rage later inspired his love of water and Ice type pokémon, a trait which continued through out his whole life.
Recognising his talent, the Champion of Cygrus offered Olly an empty Elite four spot in the new region, which Olly gladly took.

Pokémon:

Eh, it's Pokemon logic :P
Also, most of the Elite 4 members are being carried over from the old RP, so that's why 3 was taken. You can have Spot 1, though. Accepted.

Biography: Silver was born in New Bark Town, his parents were pokemon trainers, and thus they decided to catch a Rattata for Silver to play around with. As the years went by, the Rattata that Silver was playing with each day had evolved into a Raticate, and his parents were proud of the way Silver had raised it since he was raised to help others as well as himself. As soon as his 10th birthday arrived he went to professor Elm's lab to pick his starter, and as he arrived the 3 pokemon eggs that Professor Elm had, hatched into the Johto starters and a few moments later the Totodile ran into Silver's arms. Now 5 years on Silver had been journeying around Johto, Kanto, Hoenn and Sinnoh, Silver went to the Cygrus Region with just his Totodile.
Personality: Silver is a playful and warm-hearted guy who likes to help others in need, this is because of how he was raised at home. Silver also believes that a pokemon needs love and respect and he doesn't care how strong a pokemon is when it is captured as he thinks he can draw out the full potential in any pokemon.

Biography: Desu was born in Azealea Town where his parents blessed his birth with various berries in the hope that he will have a prosperous life. At the age of 7, Desu took a wander into the Azealea Gym where Bugsy was in the middle of a gym battle, and by watching this, Desu became fascinated with Bug-Type Pokemon. When he was old enough to start his journey, Desu went out to headbutt a tree as he heard that wild pokemon liked to live up there, he managed to capture the Heracross and went on a journey around Johto. Now after lots of hard work with Heracross and the rest of his pokemon he has taken the spot of Elite 4 member number 2 in the Cygrus Region.
Personality: Although he his a nice guy, Desu can be overprotective of the pokemon he owns or looks after, because whilst on his Johto journey a group of mean trainers stole the rattata he had caught. Since then he had a hard time trusting other people with his pokemon even the Day Care couple.

Biography: Alex was born in New Bark Town, his mother was top coordinator and his father was a pokemon trainer. During his nursery years, he met Silver and they became best friends. At the age of 8, his parents decided that he was repsonsible enough to look after their pokemon without supervision. When he was old enough to start his journey, he decided to be a breeder as well as a trainer, and he received a Cyndaquil from Professor Elm. During his travels in Johto with Silver, he had fallen through the floor of the Burned Tower and briefly saw what he thought was Entei, to which he believed was just a dream. Now 5 years on, he had travelled to Cygrus to further train his pokemon and get ahead of his friend Silver.
Personality: Although he appears kind, when he's not around other pokemon however, he can be a bit of a hothead and become extremely competitive especially around Silver. This competitiveness was present during their Johto Journey, and there are no lengths that he will go to protect his own pokemon.
Username: KCnameless
RP Name: Sylvester 'Sylver' Geldora
Age: 26
Hometown: Ecruteak City

Biography: Sylver was the youngest of three brothers, in a poor family under a single parent. He was always the quietest of the three children, being wary to get into any trouble or schemes the other two had going. He was also quite distant from his surroundings, even as a small boy, and it was not uncommon to see him staring at the horizon, as if questioning what was beyond it.
At school he had few friends. He wasn't bullied or hated or even just left out, people just kept there distance from him. He was an intelligent boy, regularly placing the highest in every test, and could answer any question written on paper, no matter the difficulty. However, whenever he was asked a question vocally, even by one of the other children, it could take him up to 10 minutes to register the question in his brain, and so people kept their distance, for they were unsure what exactly he was.
He was also incredibly close to pokémon, and in school it was not uncommon for him to be at the edge of the playground, laying down, surrounded by a cluster of wild pokémon. Although this fascinated the other students and staff, it also made them fearful, and only added to his problem.
By the time it came for every one to set out on their adventures, Sylver held back. He had not yet gained his own pokémon, and his two brothers had already left on their own adventures, and should he have left, he would be leaving his mother all alone. Not wanting to abandon his mother, he decided to stay behind and help around the house, living with his mother.
However, eventually, it became the time to leave. He had just turned 16, and his mother presented him with a pokéball, one she had bought with what little money she had left after buying food. She told him to go catch a pokémon, and travel like she never could.
And so he did, and he left, although reluctantly, to start his own pokémon journey. His brothers had both become powerful trainers, and were currently travelling around Sinnoh and Hoenn respectively, and so he decided to travel around his home region, Johto.
It didn't take long for him to find his Beldum. He was travelling through the mountains next to his home in Ecruteak, and encountered the injured pokémon. Initially wary, he came close to the pokémon and helped nurse it back to health, camping just outside the cave for a week. As Beldum healed, the pokémon and trainer bonded, and the Beldum forced its way into Sylver's pokéball, becoming his first pokémon.
After this, Sylver gained confidence, and in less than a year had made it to the Finals of the Silver Conference, after defeating a strong trainer called Ashmin in the semi-finals. He defeated the other finalists without incredible difficulty, only using three of his 4 available pokémon.
After this, Sylver decided that he want to travel further, and extended his reach to the Cygrus region, where he entered the tournament for a place in the Elite four of the region. However, halfway through the competition, he vanished.
He had been recruited by the Former leader of Draconis, Sena, who, knowing of Sylver's battle skills, immeadiately gave him the seat of head admin, along with the promise of money for his impoverished mother. He accepted without a second thought, and goes along with even Draconis' most despicable plans on the throught of his mother, as well as the subconcious wish to best his brothers.
He wasn't particularly bothered when Coral appointed herself Leader, despite Sylver being more powerful than her then, if not still now. He was merely a bit down-hearted at the leaving of Sena, who he had at least respected, and liked a bit.
He is the only person able to calm Coral by his lonesome, being both physically and pokémon wise, strong enough to stop and detain her, though he is not particularly good at verbally calming her down.
Personality: Sylver is, at first, a seemingly slow, dull-witted man, with a knack for attracting accidents. He is extremely clumsy, and will often fail at the simplest task, due to this clumsiness. He is often late to react to people's speech, and is often seen looking away from anything in particular while he talks. He is also often downgraded and frowned upon at first, with most subordinates under his command lacking respect towards him. Most are confused at how he recieved such a high position, and only the Draconis Leader and a couple of high ranking officers know of his true skill.
He is surprisingly friendly towards pokémon, and attempts to avoid mistreatment of them as often as possible. He dislikes it when Pokémon are used merely as tools, and cares for his own pokémon highly. He knows that Pokémon battles come with pain, and will allow his pokémon to recieve pain, but he knows that occasionally, pain will have to be recieved for victory to be achieved.
Despite his reputation as a dim-witted person, he is also known for his fearsome battling and his skill with pokémon. It is widely known that he has managed to tame and control four Pseudo-legendaries, and that he controls them effectively, while avoiding harming or insulting them. Although not many people have seen him battle, most know that his skill is almost on par with the leader of Draconis himself, and that he has never lost a single pokémon battle.
Altogether, he is not actually as stupid as people believe, being, in all actuality, an incredibly intelligent person with a very sharp mind. He is able to read a person's feelings incredibly well and is an incredible tactitian. He is often blunt in his remarks, and doesn't have a great way with words, but when he wants it to, his intelligence can be obvious in his speech.
Trainer Type: Draconis Admin 1/Top Draconis Admin

Salamence~Male~Lv 59~Intimidate
Yes, I know 4 of his Pokémon are Pseudo-Legendary, but he is supposed to be the second strongest person in Draconis, and he doesn't have a normal person's 6 pokémon.
EDIT

Dammit, Evil Ninja'd me. Now there's two people called 'Silver'.
Is that okay, or do I have to change?

EDIT

I've changed mine to 'Sylver'. It might not be pronounced any different, but we can distinguish between the two atleast.

Yes, I know all his Pokémon are Pseudo-Legendary, but he's supposed to be the second strongest person in Draconis, and he only has the four.

EDIT

Dammit, Evil Ninja'd me. Now there's two people called 'Silver'.
Is that okay, or do I have to change?

You should add a Pokémon team to the App BTW. Starter pokémon is obviously their first pokémon, but Leaders/Elite 4/Admins/Leaders will each have somewhere between 3&6 really.

It may just be me, but personally I find that having a team of pseudo-legendaries seems a bit...overboard? On the other hand, I can see why you did that - but Draconius and Nebulus aren't really type-specific teams, so don't feel limited to Dragon-types.

And I don't really see a problem with two Silvers :P

@ Evilsoul - I guess so? ^^

I changed the Name to Sylver, to avoid confusion. Also Added personality and changed the image. .

And he is a high ranking member of Draconis, so I dont really see that much of a problem with a team of Pseudo-legendaries. Especially considering he only has 4 pokémon, compared to the normal 6.
And I didn't do it due to the name. Besides, his favourite pokémon is Metagross, a Steel/Psychic type.

Will do the Bio tomorrow. Cant really get together anything from the pieces floating in my head at the moment.

EDIT

P.S. I'd atleast add some restriction/move set. Or else you could end up with a combination of moves like Hyper Beam -> Giga impact -> Hydro Cannon/Blast Burn/Frenzy Plant/Draco Meteor -> Hydro Pump/Overheat/Leaf Storm/Dragon Rush -> Other epic moves that pokémon could learn. You need a move set(Perhaps not as small as 4, but atleast a set amount) to restrict people from total god mod combos.
