Eff: When this card is summoned to the feild toy can select one opponent monster and equip this card to it, after your 3rd end phase after this effect after this card's effect has been activated special summon this monster to your side of the side, the type of the monster that was equipped with this card become Machine-type and it's attribute becomes dark, that monster cannot be tributed and it's effect becomes: during each standby phase special summon one "Parasite Token" (Type: machine/ Attribute: dark/ Level: 4/ ATK: ?/ DEF: ?) to your opponent's of the feild, the origanal ATK and DEF of the tokens summoned by this effect are equal to half this monster's ATK.

When this card is special summoned to the feild your opponent must select it at an attack target with all face up monsters they control, during the turn this card is summoned your opponent's monster cannot be destroyed in battle involving this card. There can only be 1 "Nightmare Machine - Ultimum" in play.
