I'm not one to be really grading Sc stuff, but here goes:
The whitish "BG" on the C4D is kinda meh, coloring choice and all
Also, the render has that kinda "grainy" look, which I personally don't like too much.

Otherwise, looks nice.

Not really a big fan of the red and yellow dot on the sphere to the right. Also, the lighting is kinda flat.

Oh, and you put your name in brackets because Kakashi did.

The left and right don't work together. I love both of the styles, they really do look attractive but the combination of the 2 doesn't work IMO. The render works well with the C4Ds around it.
I would crop out some of the right side, up to around the left side of the dark bubble but I would have continued to expand on what you have done on the left. Having said that, the 2 bubbles on the top right of spider man do fit well.
It seems as if there are two focal points because those abstract bubbles on the white background really grabs my attention.
Try to work on the composition and also that red/pink C4D in the bottom left looks like it could do with some tidying. But overall I do like your work.

This was worth logging on for.. seriously
I don't know if you did this by mistake or not but the cast of the shadows and the edges of bright light are on spot. That is hella tight; proper dope sauce. It probably worked well because of the background colour but what I want you to do is really notice how everything got together and gave it a proper lighting because right now it looks pretty damn good.
My only concern here is the lighting on the subject and the focus (photography term but "Depth" if you would like a more artistical term). I think the globes that have a sharper feeling in them are kind of taking from the whole tag. Perspective wise they should be smaller I guess, just to compliment the subject and not all of them should be sharp, some should be out of the sharp depth field. Maybe draw a few perspective lines and see where everything vanishes and do a better job at it.
Secondly is the lighting on the subject. You kind of underestimated how much light is or should be touching the subject. I suggest painting over it with an orangish hue (on the left side just to compliment the orange lighting), this would give a more realistic look to it.
I'm not really liking the size of the tag, maybe smaller in height would do. But that looks pretty darn good man.

I clearly did what I did for a reason, (lighting and shading) however I did it sub concisely which is why it comes off as a mistake (if that makes sense). I now remember darkening and illuminating certain parts of the piece now that I'm paying attention for that in the .xcf
I suppose I've started to properly add elements to my artwork without much thought, at least the basis of it. That's always a great realization.
As for the depth, It felt flat to me as a finished product, however I remembered getting criticism advising me to stop trying to "depthify" everything in a piece and leave it.

Thanks for the cnc, It has to be one of the most helpful critiques i've gotten in my career. Going through the .xcf and actually re-thinking everything I did gave me more clarity than I would have otherwise.

It seems worth it to add a second version, and again thanks for the critique.
