Face McShooty
I have this game and if anyone else has it, what are your opinions on it? I love the graphics and fighting in this game. I just haven't gotten very far on it because I die all the time. So discuss this game and if you have it's sequel Dark Souls, do you recommend getting that game?

Face McShooty
is Dark Souls really harder than Demon's Souls? That's what one of the guys at GameStop told me a while back.
Icy
I found Dark Souls to be a joke compared to Demons Souls (Demons Souls is really easy though if you pick up 2 items right at the start instead of waiting though). But there are a few things that make them much different and turn this into a seriously subjective thing as opposed to objective. - Large weapons function differently in either game. Whereas, there is a large difference between a Curved Greatsword and a standard Greatsword when 2 handing and one handing. Same goes for the Giant/Clubbed weapons and Ultra Greatswords. Even after beating Gwyn (Link the Fire Ending), I'm still not used to this. - Parrying times are very very different. Demon's Souls has less enemies that are parryable but more of their attacks can be parried at any time. - Upgrade Paths are different, to the point where aside from process they cannot be likened. - Sorceries function very differently. In Demons Souls it's about being able to time it, in Dark Souls it's about conserving (Enchanted/Magic Weapons and the Moonlight Greatsword can alleviate this). - In Demons Souls, Poisoning is better done by weapons. Dark Souls, items do it better; so I hope you like throwing poop at invaders. Among other things. So yeah, it's really an opinionated thing and both games are unbelievably great in their own right. Just got my Greatsword of Artorias (Divine) in Dark Souls so that's what I'll be playing as. A Sunbrother Sunlight Knight of Artorias. As for Demons Souls, I was more of a Magic User than anything and I preferred using Luck-Max Builds. (1-1 and 1-2 if you've killed the dragon is great for getting grass reliably without dying if you make an accident as the Blue-Eyed and Red-Eyed Knights always drop them... And 3-1 is amazing for Spices so yea just a little tip).
?someone?
I'd definitely recommend it. I love the challenge. "Tough but (mostly) fair" and all that.
