This cards name is also treated as "Polymerization". Send Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck. After activation instead of sending this card to the Graveyard, shuffle this card back into your Deck and draw 1 card.

This just makes it so Polymerization acts more as a -1 instead of a -2 with a recycle based effect and to make Polymerization better.

I'm not really sure what to say about the balance of this card. If you use monsters on your field you practically get a free draw, but if you get all / most of those monsters in your hand that draw is alright. But perhaps add the option to recycling it and drawing the card; it could lead to a dead draw later into the game once you are in need of certain Spells / Traps.
