The only thing that this has on [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Shrink"]http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Shrink[/url] is that it also reduces DEF, but then on the other hand Shrink is a Quick-Play and has no cost.

Make it a Quick-Play in my opinion and it'd be a bit better.
