Nega-World [Single]

A card that could potentially create new Deck types; I'm sure this has been done before:

Field Spell

"While this card is face-up on the field, the ATK and DEF of all face-up Monsters are turned into Negative Points"

[i]Negative Points:[/i] Negative Values; such a -5, -6, -100 so on. Pretty much; the Monster with the lowest Negative Value has the highest ATK (So 0 is the strongest; lol the irony)

So this is quite awkwardly worded and doesn't cover everything. I don't think this idea would fare much better than negative Levels.

Well, the card just screams mill and burn. It would certainly fit into most of those decks, rather than make a new decktype.
