Negate the effect of all your opponent's cards and your opponent cannot activate the effects of Spells, Traps, or Monster cards and cannot Set or Summon a card until the end phase of this turn. Card effects cannot be activated in response to this card's activation.

You can only activate this card if you control a face-up "Fiend's Mirror" on your side of the field that has been face-up on your side of the field for 3 or more of your End Phases. If during your opponent's next End Phase, "Fiend's Mirror" is still face-up on your side of the field: your opponent's life points become 0 and every card in their Deck is Banished.
