OK. Huh. Well, this seems terribly OPed first of all. Give it some sort of cost to activate maybe, or better yet, make it "Once per turn".

Continuous spell card, so it probably still wouldnt see much use. Although, by that logic, people should stop running Fiendish Chain.

So all in all, seems like a very interesting card.

For seal, you could make Leviathan Dragon with 1 level 3, or with 2 level 2s. Only one effect can be active at a time

Alright, I will lower Beast's defense. I was trying to make it so it couldn't be killed by Xyz monsters that are Rank 4 or lower

What I mean is to drop its Level AND its stats.

And there's still the problem of Retribution breaking every Xyz deck to hell and back.

Nerfed Retribution to make you have to tribute an Xyz or destroy it during each end phase.
Also changed the stats of the Beast
