If you activate this card, you must activate it at the beginning of Main Phase 1 and you cannot activate other Spell cards this turn. Either Player can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or below monster once per turn by paying 300 Life Points x the Level of the monster they wish to summon.

I'd use this over Ultimate Offering... why now?

Small bonus of it being faster as a spell is not enough, as it is so much weaker.

It's funny because although it's a Spell, I'd rather use Ultimate Offering. Well, I'm still iffy on which one I prefer. This card let's you Special Summon from the Deck once per turn with a reasonable cost, but let's your opponent do the same. Ultimate Offering is just for you and let's you do it during your opponent's Battle Phase, but only let's you Normal Summon or Set at also a reasonable cost. I guess it just depends on the Deck; I can see Gadgets use both though.
