Galkin
A card with Anti-Meta purposes: Name: Power Seal Continuous Spell card Lore: You can only activate this card if you do not control a XYZ or Synchro Monster. Neither player can summon an XYZ or Synchro Monster. If this card is destroyed: neither player can Special Summon, until the end phase. If you Special Summon a level 6 or higher Monster; destroy this card. Link to comment
Anbu-of-Sand
Doesn't seem that useful to be honest with ya. Some decks can do fine for a bit without XYZ Summons and whatnot (Inzektors could easily just pop this if they want to get out their XYZ). The second effect however isn't that bad since if your opponent tries to pop it during their turn, they lose the ability to swarm that turn, meaning all they could do is lay some backdrops and hope for the best. I don't really know what I say about this card, I guess it's possibly UP? Link to comment
Galkin
Well, Hieratics/DinoRabbits/Inzektors all use both XYZ and Special Summoning. Fossil Dino Pachycephalos already has Special Summoning in general under management; this card is simply reassurance that they don't try to bring out their boss monsters. My only consideration is to possibly change the last part to: "If a level 6 or higher Monster is Special Summoned, destroy this card." this way it will stop Hieratics a little further in their tracks and mess up other decks like Disaster Dragons. But I'm not sure if this would weaken or strengthen it. Link to comment
Anbu-of-Sand
If you do add that condition, perhaps make it so that Special Summon gets negated. Makes the card more splashable. Link to comment
