How you will Summon Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes?

You need to add Hammer Shot or Torrential Tribute

I could just depend on the fact that my opponent will destroy my Vennominion eventually. Torrential is too slow for the deck to use and except to work. It'll basically be dead weight since the win conditions are King and Deity.

Can you activate Rise of the Snake Deity if Vennominion is destroyed by battle?

Well, this is its effect:

Rise of the Snake Deity

Group: Trap Card

Type: Trap

Activate only when a face-up "Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes" you control is destroyed. Special Summon 1 "Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes" from your hand or Deck.

You can NOT activate "Rise of the Snake Deity" if "Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes" is destroyed by battle. This is because destruction by battle occurs during the Damage Step, and since "Rise of the Snake Deity" is not a Counter Trap, does not affect ATK/DEF, does not affect battle damage, and has no text or ruling declaring that it can be activated during the Damage Step, you cannot chain it to Vennominon's death by battle.

Also, your Venom monsters are utterly useless for all intents and purposes other than being beatsticks; they may as well be Normal monsters. This is because Venom Counters have no effect unless "Venom Swamp" is face-up on the field, and your deck does not contain "Venom Swamp".

And completely understood the second part. I formatted the deck as is to give people ideas about what to do with the deck. Like if they think I should use Venom Swamp or not. And then I could change the deck accordingly. But I guess that wasn't too obvious (though everyone should know I'm not a complete n00b) and I should probably write at the bottom a note.

So' date=' you intentionally put Venom monsters in without Venom Swamp...so that people would tell you to add Venom Swamp?

Doesn't make any sense to me.

You must not be thinking too much, then. Don't you know anything about the human mind?

You made a deliberate and blatant mistake with the intention of someone telling you to fix it, and lo! someone told you to fix it. Congratulations, you are a master of psychology.

Putting in half a "visual tool" serves no purpose; you either put it all in, or don't include it at all.

Also, the last deck you posted was a DDT deck without Trade-In, so you have a bit of a record of excluding key cards.

No card is "key" unless it's essential. And I didn't have to have Trade-In in the deck, did I? It actually worked quite well without it.

And I didn't make a big deal about what you said so why are you being all aggressive about this? It was said and I took what you said and explained myself. It was over.

Pardon my ignorance, since I clearly know nothing about psychology, but what reaction were you expecting upon accusing me of not thinking?
