Actually, it's a Foolish Burial and a Foolish Return for both players that prevents both from burying the same thing that the opponent returned.

Vera Bahamut practically said everything for me. It's a really good card. It pretty much a one for one literally (not as the card but as in you do something for your opponent, they do something for you). On top of that I think that no matter what either player returns it'll benefit the other (unless your opponent has some sort of odd card in their Deck that was just there for a tech).
