Opal's strict enough with C&O, but isn't so overbearing where no one can be silly either. LZ has a good hold over General and I'm always hearing good stuff about Black and Lily in CC. If any changes were to be made, I'd say clean the moderating team of members who've been inactive for a very long time and make some room for new ones if you feel more are necessary.
