[center]So, this is my attempt at a Manga. Sorry the drawings are a bit sloppy, I've been drawing all day at art school but I figured I really want to do this so I'd give it a shot. Besides that, I'm never satisfied with any of the drawings that I do. [/center]

[center]My Manga, Fighting Beat is about a young 16-year-old boy named Royce Ken. His goal is to be the best fighter in the world using the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu system. Royce is taught by his grandfather 'Ip' who runs a local dojo. The rest you'll have to read for yourself.[/center]

[center]The first page is UP. I will be releasing a minimum of 3 pages a day. Please be patient for each page.[/center]

Third panel: You gotta keep the heiarchy of text consistent. The left text blurb is higher on the page than the ones on the right, so I thought I was supposed to read that one first. Got really confused.

The "reveal" panel lacks punch. I'd suggest going to look at something like Bakuman, which makes reacton shots that look ridiculously exciting, even when talking about more mundane things.

Moving this to Showcase, considering the normal length rules can't apply to primarily-visual works.

Work on drawing, I would suggest being more subtle with his backstory but, thats just me.
