Get rid the 2 Blue Sun's. You don't need the draw power since you have Forbidden and Ponder.
Bone to Ash only works on Creature spells, even if it is a +1 after. Put in some cancels.
Get rid of Tragic Slip for better cards that mill.
Add in some more Jace.
I really don't think you need the darkslicks that much. Add in more basic lands, you don't need the ramp.
You don't need Snapcaster either since its ability only works with the card is cast.
-1 Dissipate
-1 Mana leak Just for more room on other cards that help mill.

1. You used Black and White instead of Blue and White (I could just abbreviate it to B/U though).
2. It isn't a [i]Self-Mill[/i] Deck. That is an entirely different deck all on its own. Alchemy is just the awesome lovechild of Duality and Charge of the Light Brigade adopted by Magic, which is why it is in.

Oh yeah, forgot the Drownyards.

Geralf's messenger is a BBB 3/2 with undying who enters the battlefield tapped and deals 2 damage to your opponent whenever he enters the battlefield...

In other words, he doesn't mill and he's not really a good idea in a dual color deck XD

Maybe you could try curse of the bloody tome though.

EDIT: Sorry about saying black and white and... wait, this isn't self mill? ...wha? Isn't jace like the only card in here that can mill your opponent? Also, I know alchemy is good, I was just saying it might not be enough mill.

There's a lot of 1 health creatures in the format, and Gut Shot basically for 2 life, kills them off. Snapcaster Mage is but one of the examples.

Makes sense. Though I had to neg Drownyards for Probes. I'm starting to think that negging my Drownyards for Probles isn't such a good idea though. Now, it just feels like my Deck's Win Condition feels even weaker.
