kanoamorse
I love cloudians, but I can never play them with my friends or online anymore because they all use high octane swarm cards, so i tried to take my aggressively defensive cloudians and tried to make them tournament level viable. please tell me any mistakes or corrections or comments or suggestions you have. Cloudian - Jet Stream **** Water Fairy/Effect lv6 2000/0 This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy it. This card cannot be normal summoned or set, This card can only be special summoned from the hand by banishing 2 "Cloudian" monsters in your graveyard. When this card is summoned place 2 cloud counters on all face-up monsters on the field. While you control another face-up "Cloudian" monster, Spell and Trap cards you control cannot be destroyed. >The "White dragon ninja" that this deck desperately needs, to protect the s/t's that cloudians tend to rely on. Cloudian- Emissary of Monsoon Water Fairy/Effect lv7 2100/0 This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy it. If a Face-up "Cloudian" monster you control is destroyed by a card effect, you can special summon this card (From your hand). You can remove 6 fog counters from either side of the field to special summon any number of level 4 or lower cloudian monsters from your hand or graveyard and take damage equal to their levels x100 (their special summons are treated as extra normal summons). The effect of "Cloudian - Emissary of Monsoon" can only be used once per duel >The decks only real swarm card, nothing much to say other than it is similar to telekenetic power well, and helps create field presence, tried to make it balance by crippling its usage Cloudian - Blizzardman Water Fairy/Effect lv6 1500/0 This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in face-up defense position, destroy it. When this card is tribute summoned using a "Cloudian" monster, add 1 Fog Counter on each Face-up monster on the field. If a "Cloudian" is used as tribute for this card, add another 2 Fog Counter to one monster you control. once per turn, You can normal summon 1 "Cloudian" monster in addition to your normal summon or set. >Amazing card for accumulating fog counters, searchable with salvage and cumulus Cloudian - Cumulus Water Fairy/Effect lv4 1100/0 This Card Cannot Be special summoned from the graveyard. You take no Battle damage from battles involving this card. when this card is sent to the graveyard, add 1 "Cloudian" monster with 1500 or less atk from your deck to your hand. >Archetype specific sangan with a cripple Cloudian - Goat Hail Quickplay Discard 1 "Cloudian" monster, Special summon up to 4 "Cloudian Tokens" (Fairy-Type/WATER/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position. You cannot Normal or Special summon a Monster the turn you activate this effect. These tokens cannot be Tributed, unless it is for the Tribute summon of a "Cloudian" monster. >A play on scapegoat that was made as a defensive tactic/way to accumulate tokens, cannot be abused as a staple by decks not using cloudians, and that I like Open Sky Field card All face-up "Cloudian" monsters gain 300 ATK. You take no battle damage from battles involving a "Cloudian" monster. When a face-up card you control with a Fog Counter(s) is destroyed, place its Fog Counters on this card. Once per turn, if you would activate a card's effect by removing a Fog Counter(s) , you can remove Fog Counters from this card instead. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 2 Fog Counters from this card instead. during your end phase Place Fog counters on any face-up monster(s) equal to the number of "Cloudian" monsters you control. >magical citadel of endymion+"cloudian specific" sanctuary in the sky, amazing for counter preservation, on both sides of the field, and prevents its own destruction. plus a modest little attack boost for Cirrostratus/Acid cloud and the likes. Trade-wINd normal spell Discard 1 "Cloudian" monster. Draw 2 cards, then, you can place any number of Fog counters on face-up cards on either side of the field equal to the level of the discarded monster. You can only activate 1 "Trade-wINds" Per turn. >Trade in+fog control, crippled by once per turn rule tell me what you think, thinking about adding an xyz boss monster to the archetype Link to comment
Andromachae
Try for something less... complex. Link to comment
kanoamorse
There's nothing complex about it, it's plays like cloudians, except now they have support for major problems like counter source. spellcaster spellcounter decks are more complex than this! Link to comment
