My pics don't work but here are some cards I made.

Angel Warrior, synchro light fairy 2600 atk 2300 def 1 tuner + 1 or more non tuners.
Once per turn you can gain life points = to the number of synchros on the field x 700.

Demon Warrior, synchro dark fiend 2600 atk 2300 def 1 tuner + 1 or more non tuners.
Once per turn you can discard cards = to the number of synchros on the field to destroy the same number of cards.

Warrior of the Mist, synchro water aqua 2600 atk 2300 def 1 tuner + 1 or more non tuners.
Once per turn you can banish all synchro monsters on the field until the end of the next turn.

Blast Warrior, synchro fire pyro 2600 atk 2300 def 1 tuner + 1 or more non tuners.
Once per turn you can inflict damage to your opponents life points = to the number of synchros on the field x 700.

Winged Warrior, synchro wind winged beast 2600 atk 2300 def 1 tuner + 1 or more non tuners.
Once per turn you can half the atk of alll synchros on the field (until end of turn) to let them attack directly this turn.

Stone Warrior, synchro earth rock 2300 atk 2600 def 1 tuner + 1 or more non tuners.
Once per turn you can draw one card for each synchro on the field then discard the same number of cards.

Also, sort it out so it's easier to see. The Official Card Grammar is understandable, but...terrible.

For instance, it should be like:

LV X LIGHT Fairy Synchro Effect

Once per turn: Gain Life Points equal to the number of face-up Synchro Monsters on the field x700.

...Change their format like I said. That way of writing's sorta annoying to watch.

On the note of balance, TBH the only ones I'd ever run are Demon and Stone. While Level 7 Synchros overall suck and it's nice to see many new additions, none of them have game-breaking effects. Demon is 1-for-1 destruction, while Stone adds draw power, but the others are terrible. Especially Angel, Blast, and Mist. Winged could be used, but it's not that good due to BRD and the lack of Extra Deck slots.
