plus what about

1: the glue that gets messy

2: the cuts and grooves that are even

3: how can you take a pic of a created card and PERFECTLY mock it into a REAL CARD?

You can fit about 6 cards on one sheet of paper.

The dimensions of the card should be about 2.25in. x 3.25in.

Cut out the cards and glue them to some crappy common card.

Also, before you print, you might want to somehow make the cards a little darker. When you print them, they always turn out too lightish.

I've found 9 cards can fit on one standard word document page (A4 in Australia).

What I do is use card (not cardboard but more suitable than paper) and print the faces of the directly on to it, cut them out accordingly, then print off some backs (easily found on google) and glue then to the card fronts.

If you want to avoid all the messy cutting and gluing your going to need a special printer than can print on the cardboard stock the normal cards use, if you cant (witch I'm pretty sure you can't) make a few copies of whatever card your cutting out.
