aragorn14 Posted February 29, 2008 Report Share Posted February 29, 2008 i got paint.net and im new to it so i dont know how to pic edit yet. how can i do stuff with pain.net? like if i want to change the background of pics. or to put cool looking glow in pics like a sword turned into a lightsaber or some other magical weapon,a ring with a evil glow around it. i have seen you all made pics so how did you all do it?
