Do 3 Material Xyzs irritate you? I have a Solution!

Eff: If you control 2 or more face-up monsters of the same Level: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned this way: Target 1 monster on your side of the field; this card's Level becomes the same as that targeted monster's Level.

Take Blackwings for example. If you Foolish this card, Normal Summon Zephyrus, Special Summon Bora, and then Special Summon this guy, you have easy access to Rank 4 Xyz that requires 3 Materials AT NO COST! Also, you can Detach Zephyrus and Xyz Hedgehog in order to set up your Graveyard for some massive plays.

I wanted to base this card off the original Quillbolt Hedgehog, but make it not suck as much and make it for Xyzs.

I care about how much ATK and DEF it has. Also, I feel offended about your use of cursing for the ATK and DEF, since you seem like you don't care about making the card. Besides, BWs are already normally capable of 3 Material Rank 4 Xyz.

IIRC, Chain Dog only works when you have 2 Level 4 or lower Beast-Type monsters on the field. With this, you can have any number of any level monsters on the field (as long as it is two or more), and this effect will still happen. In some aspects, I think it's better than a Chain Dog. Also I updated with ATK/DEF, as per request.
