Love it! I'm a big Rockman (Megaman) Fan myself. One little Error I think it's "Decrease" Rather then "Lower" :) Other then that very good! 8.5/10

1) You don't need to use the word attribute.

2) I'm skeptical of the Wave Change type. I prefer real types, but that's ok.
