Lonk
Necessary Addition Continuous Spell Card Once per turn during your Draw Phase: You can return 1 card in your hand to your Deck and add 1 card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect if there are 40 or more cards in your Deck. Maximum Draw Normal Spell Card Draw 3 cards. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish this card and add 3 cards in your Graveyard to your Deck. You can only use this card if there are 35 or more cards in your Deck. Apocalyptic Burn Quick-Play Spell Card Inflict damage to your opponent for each card in your Deck x50. You can only use this card when there are 40 or more cards in your Deck. Link to comment
.Rai
It's awkward because they're genuinely bad. Maximum Draw would require you to run over 60 cards in order for it to be even playable first turn. Each one basically reduces your Deck size by 3, but the calculations give you a Deck that's bigger than 40 cards. 60 - 6 = 54 54 - 3 = 51 51 - 3 = 48 48 - 3 = 45 Why would I run a 45 card deck when I could run a 37 card deck with Upstart Goblin? With Apocalyptic Burn, you don't even need to run a 60 card deck so it makes Maximum Draw even more useless. All you have to do is run a good deck of 40 cards (or make it even quicker by adding 40 stall/draw cards instead), then add 1 Localized Tornado and 1 Apocalyptic Burn. After having both in hand, you basically win :S And Necessary Addition has no Once per turn clause. Link to comment
Alakazam
Necessary Addition = Exodia tier 1 Unless they got rid of it with Mst or Heavy but still D: Link to comment

Lonk
I forgot the once per turn clause in there. Maximize Draw needs a tune-up, that is a fact. So, 35 cards for the minimum? Now that I look at Apocalyptic Burn, activating it means winning immediately. However, you can't use it if your deck is only 40 cards. Link to comment
Mysty
Necessary Addition Continuous Spell Card Once per turn during your Draw Phase: You can return 1 card in your hand to your Deck and add 1 card from your Deck to your hand. There must be at least 40 cards in your Deck to activate and to resolve this effect. Fix'd, otherwise the card is horrible. Maximum Draw Normal Spell Card Draw 3 cards. Your deck must have 35 cards in it to activate this card and to resolve its effect Apocalyptic Burn Quick-Play Spell Card Inflict damage to your opponent for each card in your Deck x200. Your deck must have 40 or more cards in it to activate this card and to resolve its effect.
The first card seems alright. You change one card in your hand to make it fit a combo, but you probably aren't using combo if you're using a 60-card deck. Overall, it's great for searching the staple you need to get yourself out of a sticky situation or to push for a win. The second card is interesting in that it requires you to have a certain number of cards in the deck yet shortens the deck to make other copies worthless. I would suggest not only putting the card amount back to 40 and making it get banished after activation, but also allowing you to shuffle up to 3 cards from your Graveyard back into the Deck, so that way it doesn't hurt the condition. The last card s just plain overpowered. In a 60-card deck, if you draw it, you win. Even using 50 cards means if you draw it within the first few turns, you win. If allowed at 3, it would be plain ridiculous, otherwise it would be inconsistent bun. Even so, I don't approve of instant win. I'd suggest bringing the burn down to 50 per card, which means you're still dealing at least 2000 for a single Quick-Play Spell. 2000 from a single card is quite ridiculous and rarely rivaled, so I'd suggest the bump down to 50 points per card but keep its condition. Althemia
Maximum Draw would make Empty Jar tier 1. Link to comment
Randomflyingobjects
The only irritating part is that you have to have so many cards in your deck to play anything at all. Chances are that the three cards are in the bottom two thirds of the deck, making them junk cards to draw anywhere after you hit the 40-card barrier. Link to comment
