Okay, so Kingcol is hella broke because it works on itself. But I think that was a miss on your part.

Let's assume it's Once-Per-Turn and go for a simulation.

1. First turn, Summon Kingcol
2. Eff, SS Witchcraft (Your opponent +3's and now has 8 cards in his hand)
3. Xyz, Axe Chief
4. Use one way or another to mill a East Star
5. Eff, detach Witchcraft and SS it. Eff (Opp now has 10 cards)
6. Opp's turn, when he draws his 11th card, you first draw 1 from Witchcraft. Then, you use Axe Chief at Stanby and hand rapes.

tl;dr You sucessfully created a hand rape combo that's possibly even stronger than that of Wind-Ups because it requires only 1 card.

Honestly speaking, I think you should do something here so that you can play mind games with the Opponent.

For example, if in hand when the Opponent Normal Summons Tour Guide and uses its effect, most players will play Maxx "C".

Now against this deck, most people will not use Maxx "C", but it'd be a really great mind game if a player using these cards could start off their combos by doing a Generic Special Summoning using cards you may see in the format today and lure the Opponent into using Maxx "C" then completely bombard them with all the Special Summoning this deck is capable of and overload them to the point where you can crush them with Axe Chief.

Also, I think you should make a Trap card, something like:

East Star Orbital Cannon
Trap / Continuous
When an effect in your Opponent's hand is Activated during your turn: You can activate this card to negate the effect of the card and destroy it. Then your Opponent Draws 2 cards. As long as this card is face-up on the field, neither player can activate Monster effects in the hand.

Though it'd need some OCG help.
