Eliza, the gym leader took him on as an apprentice, more so for free maintenance on the small roller coasters in her gym. He seems to be often lost in thought and daydreams more often than not. While unorganized in thought, there is a slight method in his “madness” so to say. There are also signs of preferring seclusion or at most a 1 on 1 situation as favorable. He seems jumpy and fidgety when in large crowds, and may seem recluse in most group situations.[/font][/color]

[b]Background:[/b] Matthew was born in Castelia City, but has constantly been on the move due to his father's job. They finally settled in Floaroma Town after his Father decided to quit his job and take up a new job in Floaroma, fixing the family to one location. Evident in his school records, Matthew constantly looked out for tough challenges to take on, losing himself friends as these challenges gradually became more dangerous and stressful. His Teachers, though they probalby wouldn't like to say it, disliked Matthew because of his behaviour. Matthew has also worked Pokemon to exhausion in the past in order to complete his goals, so it is imperative that if he has a Pokemon, it needs to be able to keep up with Matthew and have high enough stamina to work through his goals.

[b]Psychological Evaluation Results:[/b] Matthew already began to display personality defects the moment I walked into the room. He fidgeted uncontrollably in his seat throughout the whole interview, but not because he was nervous, and once the interview was finished he dashed out of the room. From this display alone I could tell that he was an impatient individual, and Matthew himself confessed that he wished he could get into the institute and go straight to battling as soon as possible, so I think he'll struggle with activities that don't involve practical exercises. He was completely honest with me when answering most of my questions, and seemed perfectly fine with talking about most of his his problems. The only time he failed to answer my question was when I decided to go further into his views on failing a task, where he responded with a visibly uncomfterble expression. Overall, Matthew possesses multiple personality flaws that make him incapable of accepting his losses and learning from them, which could hinder his progress, especially with being around others. He also works Pokemon to the bone as explained in my report on his history, which could have negative effects on the Pokemon he trains and the Trainers he interacts with. I believe however he may be able to improve on these flaws overtime.

While it didn't exactly help mourners who have lost their pokemon, they appreciated the effort, and would often tell stories to the young orphan of big epic battles. He soon became the town's most famous boy, at the age of ten he did everything is his power to help and cheer up the residents, his fellow orphans, and even the tourists who were in mourning. Often he would pay respects to the fallen at Lavender Tower. The fact the he brought at least some light to the infamously spooky town made him adored by everyone there. Eventually all the other people raised money to send him to the Academy the age of 18.[/left][/size][/font][/color]

He is quite upbeat, brave, and always has a smile on his face. When asked about any fears or phobias, he happily replied: "When you have lived next to the Tower for 18 years, what is fear?" Obviously he has had some trauma associated with the Tower, was unable to find the underlying cause. Happy-go-lucky demeanor possible front put up for others. Also very adamant on protecting others and dispelling others fears. Fear seems to be a significant part of his life, or rather his overcoming of it. He is very charitable, he was late to this appointment due to helping exactly 3 people with 6 diffrent tasks, and apologized profusely when explaining his reasons for his tardiness. Regarding his relatives; aparently his family is composed of a trainer father; got to the Kanto league and lost against lance. His mother also got to the Kanto league; but she stopped at Agatha. They seem to be very protective of his son... poor kid, forced to be a trainer by his parents... he doesn't know where he's gotten into...

Regarding emocional stability i must say that this dude changes his emotional states like clothes. Very unstable; that's not good for commanding. Also, i find a lack of leadership and ambition on him to really reach something big.
Still, he seems to be very knowledgable and has a talent for saying the right words at the right time.
However, he isn't really astounded for being here; he asked if there were actual classes (he left me surprised).
Overall, he got good in the asertiveness test and the extroversion test; seems friendly enough but too much of a good person for his sake.

[b]Background[/b]: [font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif] Deke was born in Olivine Town, his father was a sailor and his mother was Gym Leader. His sister was Jasmine, the later Gym Leader to Olivine. His mother specialized in Dark-Type Pokemon and she used to teach Deke the basics of Pokemon battling. When at the age of 7, Deke met an abused and abandoned Totodile. He named it Foam, because of how it used to swim in sea foam. He used to visit it everyday and tried to save up money to buy some pokeballs. His mother used to tell him that to gain a Pokemon's trust, you have to befriend it first.
When he turned 8 he decided to try and catch the Totodile, he succeeded.

Three months after Deke turned 10 he decided to head out on his journey. He decided to start from Cherrygrove City, and in this case he did not receive a Pokedex from Elm nor Oak. He received all Gym Badges from Johto, even defeating his mother, met and caught many new Pokemon, and had even made a Rival. After defeating all gyms he decided to move on to other Regions, bidding a farewell to his family from Olivine. He took the S.S. Aqua to Vermillion, traveled through Diglet Cave to Pewter City. Here he met Professor Oak, Oak figured he'd be suitable for the job and gave him a Pokedex.
He traveled Kanto and received all Gym Badges.

Deke headed home and thought to travel another region, now he was 13. He was told about Unova decided to go there next. It was a lot more difficult than previous regions. Pokemon he had never heard about lived here.
After receiving 4 of 8 Gym Badges he was encountered by a mysterious character. He never revealed his name but he wanted a battle. Deke lost and had only defeated 2 of 5 of his Pokemon. They were different but Deke never forgot about him and the encounter. He now decided to keep on with his journey, still meeting Pokemon and collecting data with his, now upgraded, Pokedex.
He caught various Pokemon, but no matter what, he was always with Totodile. When trying to defeat Drayden of Opelucid City Totodile evolved in to Croconaw. Deke was overjoyed. With Croconaw's new power they defeated Drayden and even challenged Iris and won.
Deke now knew what he wanted to do in Unova. He challenged the Elite Four but was defeated by Marshall.

Deke headed home in disappointment. But upon leaving the Pokemon League he was encountered by the mysterious character again. Still receiving no name, they battled. Deke won. This person was always on his mind since their first battle. He was overjoyed once again and smiled. He asked for a name but the person said they had none. Suddenly they were gone. It was weird but Deke went home now.

Deke is now 15, he [/font]recieved the invite to the Academy. He was psyched, only problem would be having to leave his pokemon. Of course he was up for anything, even if it meant leaving his Pokemon for a long, [i]long[/i] time.

[b]Psychological Evaluation Results[/b]: Deke is always outgoing, no matte[font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif]r the cost. Whether life or death he'lll always be in an energetic mood. He doesn't fear much, phobia's aren't a concern, the only thing he does f[/font]ear is losing his friends, family and Pokemon alike. He critiques his and others styles of battlling, never anything bad but he can be cocky and over his head at times. Deke was always taught to enjoy life, he does and always will. He enjoys spending time with Pokemon, training them and battling with them is something that overjoys him. All in all Deke is a laid back guy, he always knowns his surroundings and what's around him and he always uses the resources around him to the best of his ability. He yearns to become a stronger Trainer then anyone else.

Tom is usually in an indifferent state of mind, almost always neutral toward strangers, also meaning he will either lean toward more liking-neutral or hating-neutral rather than a single opinion, very rarely will Tom be suprised, when he is, his reaction is usually a lot less happy/sad than other people. Mora has a pessimistic and optimistic point of views on everything, a conflicting part on his end that he doesn't do much about. While he may say the worst of things, he also counters it with the best of it as well. However, despite his unusual sense of views, he has an easy time getting along with people most of the time, and rarely would he invite the seduction of rage into his being.
His views on Pokémon training is a bit odd itself. May I have Lugia? You said Legendarys are not allowed, But Lugia is no longer classified as a legendary pokemon. In pokemon A legendary is difined as a extreamly powerfull aincent pokemon, While Lugia unlike other "Legendaries" are still reproducing, and they have stated that it is no longer classifiedas a legendary. also I just want a baby lugia.
