Guilty Gear Dust Strikers? But that sucked and a Main series game has never been on Nintendo. Also it'd make no sense canonicially because Iori and Dizzy would be able to easily rip the rest of the cast in half without trying. As for new characters, I don't care. I'd like more balance in the actual roster and a factor of skill like what was present in Melee.
❤ Lovely Warrior ❤
Nope. I have played King of Fighters and Iori is nothing when pitted against these guys. You have to remember they have taken down enormous dragons, defeated demons, saved the entire universe, used emotion to kill things, I'm sure they could handle Iori. Lonk
Ok Shradow.
(Note: Lloyd's Neutral and Strong Attacks can chain with his Specials, which can be chained off of more stronger specials) Neutral Attack - Does a forward stab with his Vorpal Blade. Pressing the Neutral Attack again does another vertical slash with his Flamberg. Finally, pressing the Neutral Attack a final time causes Lloyd to do a spin slash with his Material Blades. Dash Attack - Swings both blades horizontally from opposite directions. Strong Up - Swings his Flamberg with an overhead arc slash above himself. Strong Down - Does a stab with the Vorpal Blade on the ground. Strong Side - Uses the Flamberg to horizontally slash his opponent. Up Smash - While charging, holds both blades on opposite sides, then does a large arc smash with two blades. The concentrated damage is between the cutting action of his blades. Down Smash - While charging, holds both blades on his sides, then does a frontal ground sweep with his Vorpal Blade and a back ground sweep with his Flamberg. Side Smash - While charging, holds both blades behind his back, then swings each sword at a different timing at a diagnol direction. The Vorpal Blade is swung first, which stuns Lloyd's opponent. Then, the Flamberg is swung, which deals the knockback damage. Neutral Air - Swings both swords horizontally while spinning. Up Air - Does a vertical slash with his Flamberg. Front Air - Stabs with his Vorpal Blade Back Air - Does a quick turn and slashes in the new direction with his Flamberg. Down Air - Does a downward stab with his Vorpal Blade. When this move hits something with a hitbox on it, does a downward arc slash with the Flamberg. (Note: You will not charge a special is you just tap the button combinations here. They will charge if you hold them for at least a second. Also, his specials have Lloyd saying the name of the attack he is doing). Neutral Special (Demon Fang) - Does a Level 1 Chain attack that creates a shockwave with a frontal slash that goes along the ground, similar to Pikachu's Thundershock. Can be charged up to increase to Level 2 (Fierce Demon Fang, which becomes a close range attack, but the shockwave is orange and it deals significantly higher damage) and Level 3 (Demonic Circle, the combination of Demon Fang and Fierce Demon Fang). Up Special (Tempest) - Does a Level 1 Chain attack where Lloyd jumps into the air and covers a high arc that not only cuts up his opponents and such, but allows him to recover as well. Can be charged up to increase to Level 2 (Psi Tempest, where Lloyd gains even more high in addition to the long distance he covers). Side Special (Sword Rain) - Does a Level 1 Chain attack in where Lloyd repeatedly stabs the opponent with his blades and finishes off with a slightly stronger stab from his Vorpal Blade. Can be charged up to increase to Level 2 (Sonic Sword Rain, where Lloyd stabs the opponent with his blades and finishes off with Sonic Thrust, which has a very good horizontal knockback) and Level 3 (Raining Tiger Blade, where Lloyd stabs the opponent many more times and finishes off with a Flamberg slash going into the air and a Vorpal Blade slash going downward. In the Tiger Blade action, the opponent is taken in by the slashing). Down Special (Beast) - Does a Level 2 Chain attack where Lloyd does a slashing spin followed by a powerful slash with both blades, which summons a close range shockwave of a beast's head in the frontal direction. The shockwave has high knockback range. Can be charged up to increase to Level 3 (Hunting Beast, where Lloyd does the slashing spin, then jumps up into the air slightly and lands doing beast, which creates a large shockwave around Lloyd that does high knockback to those in its range. Does even more damage to those who are closer. Final Smash (Falcon's Crest) - Level 3 Chain attack. Lloyd shouts "I'll show you, Divine Justice!" and combines both of his blades to form the Eternal Blade. While he is doing this, anyone around him in a certain range gets pulled in and takes damage (Max 40%) due to the energy used to fuse the blades (those pulled in cannot leave until the Final Smash is done). Then, he leaps into the air, ready to do a huge slash. An image of him appears in the background, like what happens when a character performs a mystic arte in the Tales series. Then he shouts "Falcon's Crest!" and does a large and magical smash, which does 50% and has a very high knockback rate. Up Taunt - Lloyd holds out his sword in the direction he is facing and says "Don't like that, huh?" Side Taunt - Lloyd does two diagnol slashes while looking at the players direction and says "Is that all you got?" Down Taunt - Lloyd puts both blades up high together, forming an "X" shape with them. Then, a purple light appears.
Shradow
Looking at your Lloyd moveset, it reminds me that every single sword-user has the same down smash. XD
Lonk
Looking at your Lloyd moveset, it reminds me that every single sword-user has the same down smash. XD
It is because they do. Lloyd's Smash Down is justified because he wields twin blades. Or should his Smash Down be where he holds both swords in different directions and then slashes downward to avoid the cloned smash down?
Shradow
Nah, we gotta keep the trend going! Also, I remembered the name of the move where Waluigi swims through the air, it's Swimming Return.

Shradow
Looks good, being able to chain his attacks would be cool. Also remembered that's it's called the Whirluigi. Since it's his FS I'll call it the Super Whirluigi.
Chaining his attacks and being quick is what makes him pretty good as a frontal attacker as well as fit his attacking style. It would also break his ground play. Also, with the Swimming Return, make a stream slide appear out of nowhere, just like in Mario Power Tennis.
Shradow
I'm not sure what you mean by stream slide, since in Power Tennis he turns his entire field into water, but in Mario Hoops 3-on-3 when he uses it to dunk he just swims through the air with bubble effects around him, his up special being closer to the latter.
Lonk
That is what I meant by a stream, except it needs to be an actual stream because you can't turn the whole stage into a water field for a recovery. Rather, you can "draw" your stream to where Waluigi can go, and his recovery can't be gimped because the stream would have water physics.
Shradow
Eh, I think him swimming through straight air fits Waluigi more.
Lonk
It does. He is the odd one out in the Mario series. Also, for an addendum to the charge chain, Lloyd's blades will glow different colors for different Specials [White for Neutral B (It's lower intensity is Level 2, higher intensity for Level 3), Blue for Up B, Green for Side B (same intensity rules as White) and Red for Down B]. That way, the game will know which Special is charged and which isn't.
Shradow
Seeing as Smash Bros. a Nintendo spin-off series, I could totally imagine Waluigi being in it as a character. They cut him from MK7, I'd like to see him in this.
Lonk
So, the Stage Themes for Lloyd's stage (the Tower of Salvation): this one this one can't forget this one some anticipation music Who can forget to add the main theme? Also, this Perfect song line-up. I wanted to find the Tower of Salvation theme, but I couldn't find the original one.
The grabbing animation is when Lloyd sheathes his Vorpal Blade and grabs his opponent. Front throw - Lloyd does a powerful vertical slash with the Flamberg. Back throw - Lloyd throws his opponent back and quickly grabs his Vorpal Blade from his sheathe and stabs the opponent's back. Up throw - Lloyd throws his opponent into the air and uses the Flamberg to do an arc slash with the opponent in range. Down throw - Lloyd throws his opponent downward, the opponent rebounds above him, then Lloyd grabs his Vorpal Blade and stabs the opponent upward. Lonk
Kirby would need another represenative. After all, this is Sora Ltd. we are talking about, the people who made the kirby games.
Shradow
The reasons we only had Kirby until Brawl were a combinatin of time/space restrictions and that Sakurai didn't want to overrepresent his own series. *cough4Mariocharacterscough* I say he needn't of worried, and having another Kirby character, especially Bandanna Dee, would be awesome.
Lonk
Mario, Zelda and Pokemon are the two series that felt over-represented tbh. I see no harm with representing your own series further, but Sakurai obviously showed more nepotism to his series when he was designing the Subspace Emissary and his characters. Speaking of the adventure mode, I hope that we get something of like a sandbox adventure mode, where you will start with the hub-city and you unlock further areas as you progress through the story while fighting invasion forces in areas with bosses at the end of each invasion. Plus, hoping for some random missions like in Spider-Man 2 to get some bonus stuff.
Shradow
Yeah, the Kirby characters were the most important in SSE, but that's fine by me, how else would we have that awesome scene where Kirby one shot the Subspace Gunship with the Dragoon? ❤ Lovely Warrior ❤
The Subspace also seemed to focus on the Princesses allot. Even though they never did anything awesome. Except this part... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6z4l8GlAAz4 Where Peach was walking through explosions like a BOSS and Sheik/Zelda was being a badass.
