Medivh Posted March 7, 2012 Report Share Posted March 7, 2012 Rules [spoiler=] [i]Deck[/i] -You may have up to 45 cards in your Deck. -You cannot have less than 30 cards in your Deck. -You may have up to 5 copies of 1 card in your Deck. -If you cannot draw because you have no cards in your deck, AND you have no cards in your hand, you lose. [i]Hand[/i] -You may have up to 5 cards in your hand. -If you have 5 cards in your hand, you cannot draw at the start of your turn. -If you cannot draw because you have no cards in your deck, AND you have no cards in your hand, you lose. [i]Pieces[/i] Pieces are the main representation of the player on the board. -Each Piece has these Stats: [b]HP[/b]- The total Health of a Piece. When a Piece has 0 HP, it is sent to the discard pile. [b]Power LV[/b]- How much damage a Piece is capable of dealing. When a Piece you control attacks another Piece your opponent controls, it is treated as an Attacking Piece until the end of the Battle. The outcome of the Battle depends on the Power LV of the Attacking Piece and the Armor LV of the Defending Piece. If an Attacking Piece's Power LV is higher than that of the Defending Piece's Armor LV, than the Battle ends and the Defending Piece takes HP damage equal to the difference. [b]Armor LV[/b]- How a Piece defends against attacks. When a Piece is attacked, it is treated as a Defending Piece until the end of the Battle. The outcome of the Battle depends on the Power LV of the Attacking Piece and the Armor LV of the Defending Piece. If a Defending Piece's Armor LV is higher than that of the Attacking Piece, then the Battle end and HP damage is dealt to the Attacking Piece equal to the difference. [b]Move LV[/b]- The number of spaces a Piece can move in a turn. [b]Ability[/b]- The card effect of a Piece. Pieces may or may not have Abilities. -Each Piece has 1 of these Types: Knight Monster Ranger Wizard [i]Techniques[/i] There are 4 types of Techniques: [b]Rush[/b]- These Techniques are only usable during a Battle and only on your Knights or Monsters. They usually increase the Power LV of the battling monster. [b]Block[/b]- These Techniques are only usable during a Battle and only on your Knights and Wizards. They usually increase the Armor LV of the battling monster. [b]Ritual[/b]- These Techniques can be used at any time, and only if you control a Wizard. Rituals cover a variety of effects and last as long as determined by the card. [b]Weapon[/b]- These Techniques can only be used during your Tech Phase and only on your Knights and Rangers. They usually permanently increase the Power or Armor LV of the equipped card. [i]Turn Structure[/i] Here's how your Turn goes: [b]Draw Step[/b]- You draw a card (Or cards if a card effect permits it) from your Deck, unless you have 5 cards in your hand. [b]Tech Step[/b]- You may activate Techniques or play Pieces from your hand. [b]Movement Step[/b]- You may may move Pieces you have on the board spaces equal to their individual Move LV. [b]Battle Step[/b]- Pieces you control that are in spaces adjacent to Pieces your opponent control may Battle with them. [b]End Step[/b]- The end of your Turn. Any and all effects that activate during this Step do so (Unless a card effect forbids it). [i]Castles[/i] The objective of both players is to destroy the opponent's Castle. Castles are placed on your side of the board and have very high HP and usually an effect. Once your Castle is destroyed, you lose. G=Grass All Knight and Monster pieces gain 10 Power LV on these Spaces. W=Water Untraverserable Space. [i]Pieces[/i] [i]----[/i]---------* Stonebroke Knight x4 Knight HP: 80 Power LV: 40 Armor LV: 40 Move LV: 2 (No effect) Stonebroke Beast x4 Monster HP: 40 Power LV: 80 Armor LV: 10 Move LV: 1 (No effect) Stonebroke Wizard x4 Wizard HP: 20 Power LV: 20 Armor LV: 50 Move LV: 3 When this card is sent to the discard pile, you may add 1 Ritual Technique from your deck to your hand. Stonebroke Archer x4 Ranger HP: 70 Power LV: 50 Armor LV: 30 Move LV: 2 This card can initiate a Battle with a card up to 3 spaces in front of it. If this card is in a space adjacent to a "Stonebroke Knight", it gains 20 Power LV. Stonebroke Dragon x4 Monster HP: 100 Power LV:90 Armor LV:80 This card can only be played if you send a "Stonebroke" Piece you control to the discard pile. If "Stonebroke Castle" is your current Castle, during a Battle, this card is always treated as the Attacking Piece. [i]Techniques [/i] [i]----[/i]---------* Stonebroke Slash x4 Rush Technique Activate only when a "Stonebroke" Piece you control is an Attacking Piece. Inflict 30 HP damage to the Defending Piece. Stonebroke Guard x4 Block Technique Activate only when a "Stonebroke" Piece you control is a Defending Piece and about to lose a Battle. End the Battle. Stonebroke Boat x4 Ritual Techniques For 4 turns, all "Stonebroke" Pieces you control can traverse Water spaces. Stonebroke Bow x4 Weapon Techniques Equip only to a "Stonebroke Archer" Piece.
