Tomorrow sounds like a plan.

1. Glitch sounds like the typically CoD Kid, except with a deeper voice.

2. Aggro sounds angry all the time when he has no mic.

3. Larry can't track a flying corpse even if it flew in front of his face.

Also

Aggro

he mad?

Larry needs work with his situational awareness.

A few tips btw.

2 rockets kill most vehicles, with the Sidewinder being only 1 and the Ox needing a few more.

With the Rocket Launcher, (Hawk) Swarming Lasers, and (Hawk) Homing Missiles, you can lock onto enemies flying in jetpacks.

If you go inside the enemy base and hop inside their Supply Bunker, you can wreck their base with an unlimited ammo supply.

I know what you mean.

Early in a CTF game, you need to capture the enemy flag ASAP. If you do, you get 10 Rift Energy, letting you have a huge boost at defending your own flag.
...I have no idea what that means and I just wanted to win... I would have had the third, but I f*cked up driving the Jeep I stole from Larry.

Also, I have no idea how to fly/land the starhawk, so I just kamakazied it into Larry's base.

Also, I don't know how to switch weapons.

...I'll have to explain this properly. Hold tight, as I'll be editing this post to do it.

1. The basics of control.

As a soldier on the ground, you start with a Kinetic Rifle and 3 Tetranite Grenades....basically, an assault rifle and frag grenades.
To fire your weapon, press R1.
To aim OTS (Over The Shoulder), press L1.
To Sprint, press and hold R2.
To throw a grenade, press L2.
Use the Directional Pad to change weapons (all directions, even diagonal)
To jump, press X.
To operate vehicles or Beam Turrets, press Square.
To crouch, press O.
And to activate the Build and Battle layout, press and hold Triangle.
Press and hold R1 to lock onto Hawks/Jetpacking Troops with the M.A.W. Rocket Launcher
To zoom in more while OTS with the LR-3 Railgun (Sniper), press the R3
To knife, press L3 (when very close to an enemy, doing this will have a kill move)

a. The Build and Battle system

In this game, there is the Build and Battle system. It is a major element of the game, as it lets you call down several types of structures, ranging from ones that deploy vehicles to base defenses.

In the top right corner of the screen, there is a blue bar with 12 rectangles. That is your Rift energy meter. To gain Rift energy, stay inside your base, near a Pod Beacon (Outpost), destroy enemy players/buildings, or destroy blue barrels found scattered around the map. (Note that when inside your base or near a Pod Beacon when the game hasn't started, you won't gather any Rift Energy)

When you press and hold Triangle, you get an circular overlay that is used to select the structure you want to build. It will tell you how many bars of Rift Energy it will cost. For example, a Supply Bunker costs 4, or a Garage costs 2. Get creative when placing structures, and make sure they are in effective places. Note that you can place structures WHILE inside ANY vehicle.

When you build, for example, a Hawk Bay for 4 Rift Energy, and you come back to it, you will find a small control panel on it. From there, you can deploy another of the same vehicle for half the cost of the building. For a Hawk, it would be 2 instead of 4. This goes for all vehicles. All structures do have a control panel, but very few have a purpose. For a wall, you can turn it into a Gate from there. For all the others, that's how you recycle the structure.

There's a list of structures and what they do inside the Starhawk thread.

2. Hawk controls

Press Square to get in and out
Press R1 to fire the dual chainguns (overheats!)
Press L1 to fire the equipped secondary weapon
Press X to jump
Press O to transform from Mech to Plane, and vica versa.
Press the Directional Pad to change secondary weapons
When in Plane mode, press X and tilt the control stick up, down, left, or right to do a Missile Snuff
When in Plane mode, press R3 to deploy flares
Press and hold L1 to lock onto Hawks/Jetpacking Troops with the Swarming Missiles or Homing Missiles
When in Plane mode, lightly press R2 to speed up, and press it fully to Boost.
When in Plane mode, press L2 to brake.

a. Secondary weapons

While flying around in a Hawk, you'll notice strange floating symbols in the air. These are secondary pickups.

Purple is the Swarming Laser. It gives you 24 more of them, adding to your default supply. You can hold a max of 24.

Yellow is the Homing Missile. Powerful, but slow moving, these missiles take a while to lock on, but only take 2 hits to take down an enemy Hawk. It takes MANY Swarming Lasers to down a Hawk.

Orange is the Flak Cannon. Instead of being ground based, it's basically an Air-to-Air shotgun.

Green are the Air Mines. They stick to enemy Hawks when the venture near.

Red is the Repair. Fully repairs your damaged Hawk!

And Blue is the mother of all bombs of the game. The Torpedo. Slow to charge, slow to fire, and can be shot out of the air, but hella powerful. One shots just about anything if directly hit.

3. Other vehicles

Razor: When driving, R2 is to accelerate, and L2 is to reverse/brake. Press and hold X to change seating. When in the turret, R1 is to fire.

Sidewinder: R2 is to accelerate, and L2 is to reverse/brake. Press X to jump (it can jump over walls)

Ox Heavy Tank: When driving, press R1 to fire the main cannon. Use the directional pad to change to artillery mode. Press and hold X to change positions. R2 is to accelerate, and L2 is to reverse.

...that's about all I can write for now. If you have questions, go ahead and ask.

misc. tip: press and hold Brake/Reverse and Accelerate/Boost to power slide in some vehicles BD

I don't know what you mean by that. *yaomingface*

*stabbed*

Anyway, I just don't like it when people hate on games I enjoy. You can not enjoy it, but let ME enjoy it.

Still, I guess people are entitled to their own opinion. Sorry for sounding so harsh.

Give me one good reason why not. :/
Because it's Mass Effect mixed with Halo and there are giant Starhawks that you can't run or hide from?

Mass Effect?

Huh. Now that I look at it, I guess it is a bit.

Anyway, did you actually try shooting the Hawk with your Kinetic Rifle? Because, despite being a walking mech of destruction, they. Are. WEAK. Larry knows best of everyone.

True

but also makes you a harder target

And surprisingly, the Hawk's machine guns aren't very accurate on the ground.
No, it actually makes you a predictable target. *uses quickscoping game as example*

You should have seen my first game. I had no idea wtf to do against the starhawk, so I countinously ran around a pillar that it could only see on 2 sides, switching back and forth and shooting it in the face.

I think I made him angry.
