Firstly, Wattmonkey shouldn't be able to Special Summon himself and should have 1300 ATK Secondly, Chinoka should be a level lower and should either only change 1 monster on the field to have the same level as it, or you can only allow the level tweak ability when Normal Summoned. Thirdly, reduce the Rank of Leviathan to 2 and change it's draw ability to "This card can attack your opponent directly. When this card inflicts Batttle Damage to your opponent: draw 1 card." Finally, Beast's materials should either be 1 "Watt" Tuner + 1 or more Thunder-type non-Tuner monsters or 1 Tuner + 2 or more Thunder-type non-Tuner monsters. Link to comment
