CrystalCyae
[s]This should be an interesting review[/s] The first thing to be noted is you should never use a cut off render, not matter how much you like it. It jars the viewer as it suddenly changes from render to background with no apparent continuation of the render. Plus it rarely looks good. Second I noticed was the text. It doesn't suit the piece at all, and also jars away. Another thing is that the render doesn't really fit the background. There's no connection, no thingy (like blending, well sued smudging etc) to connect it. Though, admittedly, I probably give the worst CnC ever and someone else could do far better. [s]Hope it wasn't harsh since I can never tell[/s]
Daigusto Sphreez
I agree with Summer Rain. I'm no expert, but NEVER use cut off renders, it just makes the whole thing look shody. The text is a bit low quality and just generally not a great font. Background looks interesting but you haven't really done anything with it. So yeah... sorry, but just giving feedback. Kakashi Hatake
Actually, you guys. it is perfectly fine to use a cut off render as long as you are able to blend it into the tag.

[/quote] As I said, I'm no expert. But clearly in this context, the cut off render isn't blended. @Angelik: Search GIMPUsers forum for signature tutorials, they will give you handy tips. Angelik Fredom
Anyone know any good effects link i could add?
Simping For Hina
Effects are only parts on it, you need to learn about creating a sig or more importantly the basics of making them. I suggest, like everyone would, look at some gimp tutorials online. DeviantArt, PlanetRenders Forum, etc. Just search it in google and you can find things in the links provided or even in the images section/
