Nuclear Fusion
[ Trap ]
Banish, from either player's side of the field or Graveyard, Fusion Material monsters listed on 1 Level 12 Fusion monster in your Extra Deck: Special Summon that monster from your Extra Deck (this summon is treated as a Fusion Summon). After this card resolves: Both players take 3000 Damage.

Yatagarasu, Emissary of the Universe
[ Level 8 / LIGHT ]
[ Fairy / Effect ]
If you control no monsters: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand), then take 1000 damage. When this card is Summoned: Add 1 "Nuclear Fusion" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
[ATK: 2100 / DEF: 100]

Reiuji, Nuclear Anomaly
[ Level 12 / DARK ]
[ Fiend / Effect ]
"Yatagarasu, Emissary of the Universe" + 1 DARK monster + 1 LIGHT monster
Must be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Material monsters. Can only be Fusion Summoned with "Nuclear Fusion". Once per turn: You can destroy all cards on the field and in both player's hands, except this card (unless 5 or less cards were destroyed by this effect). This card cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect. When this card is removed from the field: Return it to the Extra Deck, and both players take 4000 damage.
[ ATK: 4000 / DEF: 4000 ]

Lol, Okuu...

Anyway...

Trap speed Super Fusion for any lv 12 Fusion monster? So, Ultimate, FGD, Master of Dragon Soldier, Okuu, and some others. Not bad, not too many targets, but Trap speed Fusion for FGD using my opponent's Stardust? That's worth 3000 damage, though that could be a game ender in itself because both players take it. The damage to the other player may be overkill, even if it is flavorful.

The true Yatagarasu, based on the actual myth. CyDrag esque stats+effect; could enable Rank 8s somewhat faster. Damage seems flavorful, and somewhat balances the self-summon. Nuclear Fusion searching can only help.

Last, Utusho Reiuji, hell crow. Why the extra LIGHT material? A once per turn Final Destiny, which is flavorful, and if she's immune to destruction somehow, you won't be able to kick your opponent's face in until the next turn, which is somewhat balanced. She'll likely die to her own effect though, dealing a further 4000 damage to the opponent. Between this and Nuclear Fusion, that's 7000 total. You'd also be taking that 7000, but... Minor OCG nitpick, but cards are discarded from the hand.

Overall, these are relatively OP'd, but that fits the character well. Okuu'd definitely forget about her safety and blow herself up by accident along with the enemy. Balance is an issue here, but these were likely designed with flavor in mind more than balance, so that'll slide.

Overall: 8/10 for set, taking flavor in mind.
