My suggestion: Buy 2 more copies of the deck. Yes, the deck is ready play as is, but having 2 or 3 coipies of your best cards helps with consistency (Unless the Ban List interferes). Your deck won't get anywhere if you run most cards at 1. With more copies of that card, you can draw it easier. Try something simliar to the following:

All the monsters except for Sangan and BLS come in the Structure Deck, as does Call of the Haunted. The rest are either staples and can be found fairly easily, or in the tins as in the case of Duality and Warning.
