Wizarus
Finally abused Synchronize to get my Adamant Flygon and Modest Magnezone. Proceeding to go through Reversal Mountain.
Agro
Let's talk about attacks that got new animations this game. Starting with Flare Blitz and Outrage.
~British Soul~
At least Outrage doesn't have the purple/pink background that it had in BW, it just looks more badass in this game. The same with Flare Blitz, it looks way more badass. Another move that got an animation change was Aerial Ace.
Toffee.
Just due to personal preference, I take it? Because Brine doesn't take advantage of Beartic's nice ATK stat But yes, Superpower is really good for coverage purposes.
Brine is just neat because its a finisher move. Though, if/when I get Dive, I might swap it for that.

Cin
Started Pokemon White and grabbed Genesect. Team: Snivy (14) - Mild (overall +Spl Atk, neutral Def) Psyduck (15) - Jolly (Overall +Spd, +Spl Def, -Spl Atk) Riolu (15) - Modest (overall +Spl Atk netural Atk) Probably rubbish given Psyduck has Damp. Comments: - If I have another explanation of something I'll scream...I dislike being guided so heavily (I'm not used to have half a route with trainers cut off, usually that's the 2nd route before you hit trainers). Didn't need an explanation on what dark grass is.... - I really hate the way they've rearranged the EXP table for training...so much harder and I'm only a casual gamer. Did enjoy using Cheren's Patrat's work up against it, when it attacked Riolu. (Never really bothered with counter before)

Cin
Doesn't look like it. Since HMs aren't so important: Electabuzz/Arcanine (I'll evolve before Flare Blitz because I hate recoil moves) or Electabuzz/Excadrill. (Other Team member is gonna be Braviary)

Cin
Good point I suppose, so go for Arcanine? (at 43). Or use Golduck for Ice Beam, since I see Iris has some Ice/Fire combats.
Toffee.
Or, you know, you could evolve your Arcanine whenever, then at 43, just give him a Heart Scale.

Careful with that Golduck since its got a -Sp Attack nature (unless you got a new one) but either one would work well.
Tentacruel
Crap, I keep forgetting to download Genesect. I gotta do that now. I'm in the Desert Resort right now and I'm still really under-leveled. Team: Swagleaf / Servine, LV 25 Mako / Psyduck, LV 24 Maggie / Magnemite LV 25 Selina / Liepard LV 22 Probably going to snag a Trapinch for my team as well. Shradow
Finally got my copy, and got my Genesect. My first test... I will once again try and get a shiny Tepig, and name it Ganon...
Nicο
Battle with Elesa: Liepard has Limber *gets Emolga down to red, Volt Switch* Flaffy sent out. *Thunder Wave* Yeah, not happening. *gets Flaffy down to red, Volt Switch* Liepard goes down. Zebstrika gets beat by Servine. Servine goes down. There was a healing item she used in there somewhere. Growlithe beats the rest. My Pokemon were only slightly under leveled, but, I didn't have a hard time, Limber helped. But, I'd rather slightly under leveled than too over leveled. I don't think I mentioned yet, but I do have a Conkeldurr now.
No, it doesn't - Arcanine doesn't learn Outrage, and Outrage isn't part of its learnset. However, you can go to a move tutor and have them teach it Outrage (but leveling it up to 43 is probably a better investment).
Toffee.
...Could have sworn they let you do that. Or at least, in older gens you could, and I'm thinking its the same. Anyway, my Sig won't be updated until I evolve Vulaby.
It doesn't work if the evolved pokémon doesn't have it in its moveset. For example, just look at Arcanine's Level Up Move Set compared to Growlite's. Arcanine loses a lot but gains a lot more. Arcanine also has a LOT less choices because it evolves from a Stone.
Tentacruel
Arcanine needs EQuake. So I finally got Genesect, and now I'm gonna battle the 4th Gym person who's name I do not know. My Pokes are 27-29 now so I should do alright. TO BATTLE!

Cin
Just finished at Pokestar studios didn't mind the intro there to be honest. The EXP table is annoying, but I do really love Audino even if they rapidly lose EXP they give out. Team: Servine 19 Elekid 19 (Over +Atk, Neutral everything else) Lucario 20 Psyduck 20 I'll go and pick Growlithe up soon Comrade that's just bad, how can people forget Elesa?
