Resident Fascist
Basic deck rules:

UP Decks must be exactly 10 Cards. Main Decks must be 40 Cards. UP Decks cannot contain boosters.
You can have up to 4 of any card.
Your deck must contain 4 or more Statistic 1 Creatures.
Phases of a turn: UP Step/Draw Step: The start of a player's turn. A player may choose to skip his or her draw to instead perform an additional UP Check. Read the UP Check section for more information on UP Checks. Resolve Step: Card effects that resolve here resolve. Main Step: Player may choose to UPgrade or play Boosters here. Player may also check his or her UP Deck at this point, however it must be shuffled after looking at it. Battle Step: Player can now attack. After battle Damage step: Player can choose to use the Renew mechanic at this point, last step before ending turn. End turn: End of turn. Repeat until 1 Player wins. About UPChecks: What is an UP check? an UP Check is where the player reveals the top 3 Cards of his/her UP deck, and can UPgrade to a creature from there, as long as it has a Statistic that is EXACTLY 1 HIGHER than the player's active creature. It does not consume the player's regular UPGrade for the turn, essentially allowing the player to Double UPGrade, but it is not the same as the UPGrade DUO or TRIPLE Mechanics, as they essentially work much differently. A player may choose to skip their draw step for an additional UPCheck at the start of their turn. Remember, if you have no Cards in your UP Deck, from damage or UP Checks, you lose. Try to limit the number of UP Checks you do in a single game to about 3 or 4. As you may find yourself quickly losing if you suddenly lose control of the game. Some creatures, like [Blue Haze Beast, Garm] allow you to perform an additional UP Check. Shuffle the remaining creatures into your UP Deck. About Damage: When a Player's Creature is destroyed because of a battle, a player takes the top card of his UP Deck, and places it face-down in a seperate pile called: Damage. When a player has no UP Deck, he or she loses, but Damage has no effect on this. When a player is asked to [Renew] Damage, he or she flips the damage card face-up and places it into her UP Deck. Renewed Damage cannot be used for UP Checks, and only 3 [Renew] Can be used in a single game. What's a Statistic?: Statistic, or S for short is basicially a creature's form of individual power levels. Statistic 1 Creatures have roughly 100 - 1,000 Power, whilst Statistic 10 may have 10,000-20,000. I'd like to make it clear that there is no max for Statistic, only that your deck should max out at statistic 5 or even 4 in most situations. Many Statistic 7 Creatures like [Glyph Wing Beast, Furiz] have the ability [Lucky 7] which means you can draw 2 cards during your draw step. Creatures?: Creatures are what you use to battle the other player. At the start of the game, you place a Statistic 1 Creature into your Active Zone, and perform an UP Check. Then, you draw 5 Cards. After this, you may perform an UPGrade, where you can place a Creature with a lower statistic, or a creature with a statistic that is 1 higher than your creature at the moment on top of your current creature. This action can only be done once per turn. If your creature that you are upgrading to has the DUO or TRIPLE UPgrade ability, you may bypass 1 or 2 Statistics to place it. I.e: [Burst Dragonic Ruler] a Statistic 7 Creature with the DUO UPGrade ability, can be placed on a Statistic 7 Creature with the same title [Dragonic Rulers.] This means, you cannot place an [Fearless Knight] on a [Dragonic Ruler] Card. If you wish to change title, you must discard all cards in your creature pile with all titles associated to that title, and then place a creature onto your Statistic 1 Creature. Needless to say, single Title decks work a lot better than one juggling between 2 or 3. Boosters?: Boosters are quite simple, you can play them over your creature to perform a variety of different actions. Boosters do not have Statistics, and are sent to the discard pile. If a card tells you to [UPGrade] you can do it regardless of statistic, such as a card like [SLIME BOOST!!]. You can only play a Maximum of 15 boosters in any deck. Battle?: When 2 Creature's battle, compare the Power of the Creature attacking with the Defence of the defending creature. Should be simple knowledge from there. Higher statistic wins, if a creature is destroyed by a result of battle, the player takes 1 damage. Regular destruction effects to not incur damage. Only 1 Attack can be used per turn by either player.

Dragonic Soldier, Lay[Dragonic Overlord][Statistic 1][100/100] BASE-1 Once per turn, if this creature is your Active Creature, you can [UPCheck]. Dragonic Fortress,Day[Dragonic Overlord][Statistic 2][350/350] BASE-2 If this card is [UPChecked], select 1 [Dragonic Overlord] Card in your Discard pile, and add it to your hand. If it is Statistic [3], you can [UPGrade] it instead. Dragonic Warrior, Spiral[Dragonic Overlord][Statistic 3][500/500] Base -3 "What's to be said of Dragonis? Well, it has Cities,Sand and lots of Volcanos. We tip our weapons with Lava, works every time." Dragonic Commander, Twin the Two-Sword Behemoth[Statistic 4][750/500]Base-4 [UPGrade DUO] When this card is [UPGraded], Select 1 [Dragonic Overlord] Card in your hand and discard it to add 1 [Dragonic Overruler, Smog the Golden Dragon King] from your Card Stack to your hand. If this creature inflicts damage to an opponent, you can [UPCheck]. Dragonic Swordkeeper, Le the Weaponmaster[Statistic 5][1000/1000]Base-5 [UPGrade TRIPLE] When this card is [UPGraded], your Opponent gains a lingering effect [During your Draw Step, discard 1 Random card from your hand] for the next 3 turns. "A fool's sword strikes first. A Dragon's sword strikes last."

more cards coming tommorow when I'm not lazy. Power and defence are the numbers after the statistic. topic be stuck in cyan, idk why, but deal with it. Link to comment
