If a "Parasite" monster is drawn from your opponent's Deck face-up, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). "Parasitic Outbreak" cards cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn, you can flip all face-down Defense Position monsters you control face-up.

(Only 1 "Parasitic Outbreak: First Stage" can have this effect activated per turn)

During each of your End Phases, your opponent must select 1 Insect-Type Monster from his/her Deck. After shuffling the Deck, place the card on top of the Deck. During your opponent's turn, while you control another face-up "Parasitic Outbreak" card, other than "Parasitic Outbreak: Second Stage" you can return this card to your hand. (Only 1 "Parasitic Outbreak: Second Stage" can have this effect activated per turn)

Any card banished by the effect of a "Parasite" card is banished face-down instead. During your opponent's turn, while you control another face-up "Parasitic Outbreak" card, other than "Parasitic Outbreak: Final Stage" you can return this card to your hand. (Only 1 "Parasitic Outbreak: Final Stage" can have this effect activated per turn)

Target all "Parasite" monster(s) in your opponent's Graveyard, hand, or that they control and return them to your Main Deck. Your opponent must then banish cards from the top of their Deck equal to the total Levels of the "Parasite" monster(s) returned this way.

[Counter Trap]
Target 1 "Parasite" monster in your opponent's Graveyard, hand, or that they control. Negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect, and destroy it.

Reckless Parasite seems really hilarious, despite the fact its situational as hell.
Also, I love the Outbreak cards, specially because they add to the implied "They eat your deck" concept, as well has having a built-in This-card-is-immune-to-Spell/Trap-removal effect.
In general, these would be interesting if they were actually printed.

...Though, can I suggest you add some kind of Parasite-only Book of Taiyou? You know, just to get things started even faster then they need to be? O,o
