YCM Awards Winter 2012 Phase 1: The Nominations

Welcome one and all to Phase 1 of the Winter 2012 YCM Awards! As your host J-Max, I have decided to add a little twist to the Proceedings this time. You will all Vote for your favorite Members from each section as Normal but there is a little extra. The Top 5 Members from each Category will be put into the Finals on March 8th! In the Event of a Tie, a YMB Style Matchup will be played out with a Member(s) first to 5 will advance. Here's an example

 

Person A: 10 Votes

Person B: 6 Votes

Person C: 4 Votes

Person D: 3 Votes

Person E: 2 Votes

Person F: 2 Votes

 

Members E & F will go at it in the YMB style Matchup.

 

I will also be giving small Point Prizes to every member that Advances to the 2nd Phase. There is a few Rules I need you to abide by to keep things going smoothly.

 

THE RULES

 

1) Myself and the other Helpers decisions are Final. We take Foul Play very seriously and any Member who purposely tries to manipulate the results of any decision will be barred from Voting for the rest of the Tourney.

 

2) I am granting Privilages to any Mod that frequents General. If you see any Foul Play or Spamful messages then please let me know and or delete the offending comments.

 

3) Your Voting is Final. Once you cast your Votes, you CANNOT change them. However you are welcome to add Votes that you missed out before but you must let me know in the Topic if you decide to add Votes.

 

4) Keep the Off Topic discussion to the Discussion Topic! There is a Off Topic Discussion Topic for that very purpose. Feel free to chat about the Awards there ^^

 

5) Votes for a Member are now 5 instead of 3 :P

 

6) No Voting for yourself and using Double Accounts to Vote. These will be dealt with severely.

 

These Awards will be run from Feburary 18th to Feburary 24th It is up to myself and the other Council Helpers to decide when to end the proceedings. All Playoffs will be staged on the 26th.

 

Please leave the Avatar that you would like to have on your Award if you win. It will help us a lot and we have a Gifted GFX Member to professionally design the Wards (They will look stunning)
